High CPU usage

I manage a lot of Endpints that are running Windows 10 or 11 and Kaspersky Endpoint Manager 11.8.0

I run weekly scans on the medium setting but users alway complain that the scans are using a lot of CPU. Even on 12th Gen i7, the scan uses 80% of CPU.

Is there any setting to limit the CPU usage of the agent when scanning?

Hello,

please make sure to scan only when the system is idle.

Make also sure to just scan new and modified files and do not scan network drives

Check if behavior get better then

I changed the setting to scan only when idle, I'll observe the behavior. But I can't find the setting to not scan network drives.
