Google Chrome Download to a network drive - Virus Scan Failed, due to File AV

Google chrome will not download a file to the network drive but will to a local drive. If I turn off Kaspersky it will download to the network drive. If I use Mozilla it also will download to the network drive fine. I am using Kaspersky Small Office Security 7 and Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Patch(e), rolled out between now and the end of October 2019, is supposed to address the issue.

I still have this problem when attempting to save to Box Drive.

1. What actually happens please, are there any errors?
2. Post a full screen image of “problem when attempting to save to Box Drive”? so we can clearly understand? 
3. In Kaspersky Small Office Security Reports, are there are events that match “problem when attempting to save to Box Drive” ?

Hello,

1 - I received the messing in chrome, “Failed - Virus Scan Failed”, and the file does not save to the download folder.

2 - I cannot post full screenshots due to security requirements, but this is the message at the bottom of the chrome browser.

3 - There are no events or reports in the “Security Reports”

Excluding the file type will eliminate the error, but that is disabling scanning, which is not helpful.
