Forgot my password.

I made a long password for my password manager and writed it to paper. My grandmother has a alzheimer. She just took it and we dont know where the paper is. I saved my all game account passwords there and when i click to forgot my password in password manager its saying your files will be gone and i dont want it. Is there any way to reset my password without losing my files?
