Tendrás que contactar con el sitio web, tienda, partner, etc...  en la que hayas realizado en la compra, y solicitar allí la factura correspondiente.

En el foro obviamente en estos casos no podemos ayudaros.

Hola,

Abre un ticket de soporte en mi Kaspersky, o en el soporte de la tienda web que hayas realizado la compra solicitando lo que necesitas, desde el foro no podemos ayudarte en estos casos.
