Facing issue in Kaspersky Cloud Security. it is detecting trusted files of microsoft documents (xlsx, docs, pptx) as a trojan PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic

Dear Kaspersky Support,

One of our clients is facing issue in his trusted applications files i.e. xlsx & docx and the antivirus automatically delete the file the client needs to recover it again and again for working as these are the important files.

I would be very thankful to you, if you please guide me the solution of this issue. Below are some examples for your reference

Hello Syed,

it will be needed to analyze the problem more deeper.

Therefore I recommend first to create a new Package in your Cloud Environment and deploy the new package to the client.
Check if the problem happen again. If yes open a ticket with Technical Support and provide the following:

Workspace ID
Email logging into cloud
License ID
Cloud Server name connecting to
a Report of the Client by using this tool
https://support.kaspersky.com/3632
(Please run as Administrator and include Event Logs)

Do NOT provide such information here.
