Extremely Disappointed With the Latest VPN Update!

This is honestly the worst update I’ve ever seen. The removal of essential features, such as the router feature, protocol selection, and dual VPN, has significantly reduced the functionality and flexibility that made this VPN worth using in the first place.

On top of that, reducing the number of available servers and introducing a new data-processing agreement tied to PureVPN raises serious concerns for me.

Please bring back the previous version or restore the features that were removed. The “new infrastructure” may meet internal standards, but from a user perspective, this update feels like a major downgrade.

If this direction continues, you will likely lose long-time customers who relied on the tools and privacy options that you’ve now taken away.

This is exactly what Kaspersky did. Downgraded their VPN as listed above . Why? I will also have to look for another VPN supplier as this downgrade of Kaspersky VPN  does NOT work and is not something what i agreed to pay for . Regards Frustrated customer

if the issue is not resolved I will cancel my subscription and move to a better solution. this downgrade is nasty. what are the implications of the new EULA. its seems from a casual reading that privacy is not as high and tight as before , I feel it makes us less secure.

Totally agree.
I've been a loyal costumer for a lot of years now but it seems that the time to move to another "infraestructure" is coming, and fast.

I thought I'm alone very disappointed, very angry, what this stupid update, I was happy with the old version now what no gaming server no choice to chose protocols it's even not working since yesterday i lost 10 hours to fix the stupidity of someone and still on it, how much stupid can you get, ask the one made this very much more so stupid.

I don't even think the kaspersky customer care service care for our feedback but i must say it for the records, For years i had been a  customer to kaspersky vpn and security if the issue is not resolved, it's a Sayonara.

Dear Oh Dear Oh Dear,

Removal of the router function is a mistake.... Subscription will be cancelled and a new supplier sourced!

Sorry

Yeah... currently, many features have been removed, and I have been personally experiencing much more slowness in my VPN connections as well. It's just hardly reliable for me.

I'm waiting for them to hopefully address the issues by at-most January since that's when my renewal would happen... if nothing does, then I will have to cancel as well. It's just becoming an unreliable VPN at this point.

Let's see what happens I suppose.

Exactly!

If they don't want to fix it, at least they can say it now so we can go search for a new one.

Hello, I too have the same problem with the last VPN update of November 29, 2025.

there are also no more game servers that have been deleted and only Torrent servers remain.

If Kaspersky does not put in place the same protocols, I do not think I will remain a customer with them.

I think and am certain that many Kaspersky VPN users will not continue to be customers in this way.

Saben si este correo es legítimo de kaspersky?

Me llegó de ahí el aviso sobre los problemas de la VPN y un enlace para actualización.
