every day i get this notification on windows 10: Event: Error connecting to My Kaspersky Component: Protection Reason: Failed to connect to My Kaspersky. Please check your Internet connection and try again. how do i fix this?

i recently bought an acer swift sf313-53 and downloaded the free version of kaspersky. i get this notification every day: Event: Error connecting to My Kaspersky Component: Protection Reason: Failed to connect to My Kaspersky. Please check your Internet connection and try again. i can log into my kaspersky just fine on the browser. i can see that my subscription is active and my laptop is connected. everything is updated and i don’t have the password manager downloaded. how do i fix this?
