Endpoint Security install fails with no error

Trying to install Endpoint Security on a Windows 10 Home computer.   Using the distribution exe file that was generated by our Endpoint Security Cloud and has worked on more than 30 workstations.  

When trying to run the distribution file on this workstation, nothing happens.  No installation window or message starts when the file is started.   We are running the install file as administrator.   Previous Eset antivirus software has been removed and a clean reboot has been done.

Suggestions on how to get the installation to start.

Got the same problem. I think something is wrong or in maintenance online.
