Hello Guys,

I have a problem to use the software eCatcher. When the software starts, a message on the screen says "Talk2m VPN Service cannot be found". But the service is running.

I already contacted the Software House but thay says disable Antivirus. Even in this case the error message appears on the screen. They advise me to uninstall Kasperky Internet Security and use another antirus.

Do you have some advise for me?

You are using older version but i would see answer from Tech support
Try contact Tech Support at https://my.kaspersky.com 
 

 

Also, check the Intrusion Intrusion Prevention -> Manage applications, if there is some eCatcher exe/services in any of the restriction groups, if so, move it manually to Trusted group.
