Hi, I have a problem installing KES for Linux from Kaspersky Security Center (attached image)

My Linux workstation uses Ubuntu 22.04 and I'm pretty sure I meet the hardware and software requirements.

Has anyone encountered a similar case? And please let me know how to fix it.

Hello,

with KES for Linux you need to update first before activating the program.
Please run this:

kesl-control --start-task update

You have to do the update to load the information about the keys, then you can add the key and then you do the update again to load the signatures

Sorry for the late reply, I missed your comment.

To support you we need to have a deeper look into this.
Therefor please open a case with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com

Please also add the following infos into the case when creating it:
  1. attach a system diagnostic file (run as root) from one affected system:
    # curl -o collect.sh -J -L https://kas.pr/collect.sh && bash ./collect.sh
Thank you
