Hello alessandroleoni. 1⃣) Go to: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions - search for & delete folder ilppkoakomgpcblpemgbloapenijdcho. 2⃣) Chrome Browser - Video Downloader Plus - remove 3⃣) Exit Chrome - don't restart 4⃣) Run Eliminazione della cronologia delle attivita 5⃣) Reboot PC, using FULL shutdown, not Restart, when PC is full off, restart, login. 6⃣) Make sure KIS is active 7⃣) Run KIS manual Database Update, allow it to complete and do not use the PC while it's running. 8⃣) Run KIS Full Scan, allow it to complete and do not use the PC while it's running. 9⃣) Start Chrome and monitor issue.
