Critical Issue: KES Remains Inactive Until System Reboot

I am experiencing a critical and recurring issue across multiple endpoints.

In the Kaspersky Security Center (KSC) console, Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) is shown as inactive on several machines. When I try to run the Start Application task, it consistently fails.

At the moment, the protection is restored only after a full reboot of the affected machine, which forces me to restart the endpoints to reactivate KES. This recurring issue is causing significant disruption to users.

I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause and providing a permanent solution to this problem.

Dear @CHAYMAA ELALILTI

Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Based on the symptoms you have described, we would like to suggest the following steps:

1. If a workstation restart resolves the KES activation issue, you can remotely restart all affected workstations directly from Kaspersky Security Center without manual intervention. Please refer to the following article for guidance:

2. If Kaspersky Endpoint Security appears to be corrupted on any workstation, you can initiate a remote repair task from KSC to restore the installation to a healthy state. Please follow the steps outlined here:

We recommend starting with Step 1 and proceeding to Step 2 only if the issue persists after the restart.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or require additional assistance. We are happy to help.

Regards
