I hope you are doing well . For Kaspersky Endpoint Security for LINUX Policy , The below components are disabled by default:

• Firewall Management
• Web Threat Protection
• Anti-Cryptor
• Application Control
• Web Control

Do you have any explanation for the reason ?

Hi Ahmed,

Several components are disabled by default in KESL, this is a normal behavior. You can search in support help for every component & check if it disabled by default or not. Let me share an example : https://support.kaspersky.com/KES4Linux/12.2.0/en-US/263908.htm "The Firewall Management component is disabled by default."

You can of course enable these settings via KESL policy from your administration server such as Kaspersky Security Center...

Hello,

these components are not supported by Server OS and therefore disabled by default.

Please always refer to the Online Help or Knowledgebase before installing. Example here:
