Cloud Endpoint Security Plus Features

Cloud Endpoint Security Plus:
1.       The “device control” feature mentioned, does it include remote lock and wipe?
2.       Does the cloud console provide features to revoke and transfer licensing? (E.g. Someone is not the company anymore and we would like to transfer the license to another computer)
3.       Does it require everyone to have a Kaspersky account? If no, how does the licensing work? (Or, how do you track that a user has multiple devices)
