Choosing a digital certificate to access a web page

Hi I use Security Center via Web Console.

On my client computers, when the user tries to access with their digital certificate (for example, on a card), a Kaspersky certificate selector now appears when a Chrome pop-up window appeared before to select it. How can I make the Chrome one continue to appear and not the Kaspersky one? My users are bundled.

Hello,

as far as I understand the description this happen due to "encryption connection scan" activated in your Endpoint policy.

Disable it and retry.
