Cant login

Can not login into my.kaspersky and also on this forum. Only i left logged in on smartphone. That is why i am able to create post. Where is the problem? Wrong password but my password is correct.

I dont know where is the problem. If i want login here on forum via pc i got this message. When i click on this login via kaspersky account i see wrong pass...

@Berny lookslike @Danila T. fixed his problem. I have default settings in browser also few days i cleared browser history and cache. And now needs login with password. But not working.

In CCleaner I keep my login cookies.

@Berny i do not use cleaners. Also if i delete cookies after login are created new cookies. There is no problem.

Here giving me that i have another account or whatever.. But i have only one my.kaspersky and one forum account here.. It says that i must log off if i do that i am not able post here any other info because i cant log into here. I left logged on smartphone this is one luck otherwise must create another account.

Next time, create a support request. Immediately attach these logs collected when the login error occurred on My Kaspersky.
