June 15Jun 15 Dear Kaspersky Community, Thank you for the marvel you do! --- The office a Windows OS machine is set up does have a quite restrictive networking, and there's a proxy of Socks v5 protocol. The proxy is configured in the settings of Kaspersky Plus (v21.25.7.504(a)). The issue is that, eventually, the license updating started to fail (screenshot 1). The license is paid and active until 2027. Yet, signature databases updating succeeds, even if initiated manually (screenshot 2). How to actually determine the issue source? The proxy states that some data is being received: Connection closed for refresh-bkg.activation-v2.kaspersky.com:443.
