I'm having problems uninstalling kaspersky

I use kavremvr without success, I get no error message and kaspersky is still there.

What is the exact version of KES installed?

 

Did You try to use the KES standard uninstaller from Windows Control Panel -> Program and Features?

I have nothing in Control Panel, no kaspersky

I only have a kaspersky folder and kaspersky services are disabled

 

 

 

KES   is installed on a windows 10, with kavremvr I've tried all the KES versions without success 

Can You go to this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab ?

 

And check what KES folder there?

For the creating date of the files and folders in Your captures (2021), You probably have an old KES version.

 

Please download the last version of KAVRemover from here:

 

https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464#block4

 

Your KAVRemover version also looks old: 1.0.1318, current: 1.0.5497.

please boot the device in safe mode and use the new kavremover from link above with the following parameter:

kavremover.exe -nodetect

In safe mode no driver and service is loaded so kavremover should have access to the files and folders and registry keys to remove the software completely

I downloaded the latest version and then ran the command kavremover.exe -nodetect

it didn't change anything, it didn't find my kaspersky version and the kaspersky folder is still there

We recommend that you try installing the version that was installed and then uninstalling it.

this version is dead and no longer in use
