Cannot subscribe to you tube channels after Kaspersky Internet Security install. Also can't get overlays on me weather app. (Accuweather)

2. Are you signed into Youtube? 
3. Does the "Cannot subscribe to Youtube channels" happen if the browser is run in incognito mode? 
4. Is the Kaspersky Protection extension installed & enabled? 
5. Is Private browsing on or off?
6. Is Anti-Banner on or off?
7. Does the "Cannot subscribe to Youtube channels" happen in every Kaspersky supported browser:

• Firefox?
• Chrome?
• Edge Chromium?
