I'm running Kaspersky Free v21.21.7.384(a) on Windows 11 and have recently started getting these unwanted popup notifications. I've looked through the settings and can't seem to find any way to turn them off. Can they be disabled?

I'm not sure if this option is also available in FREE.
Please search for 'Settings->Performance settings->PC performance optimization'.
There should be these options that you can disable:

These options aren't available in Kaspersky Free unfortunately. I can only assume these interruptions will be mandatory unless upgrading to a paid license in that case. 😑

Hum what about in Notifications settings?

No luck I'm afraid. The option as shown above by @Schulte is no doubt what's required to resolve this but it's hidden behind a paywall upgrade model.
