Automatic Update

I'm using Kaspersky Security Cloud Free and  so far it doesn't automatically update, every update I've had to manually do. it just says automatic update failed. Maybe someone here can give me a reason why it's not updating?

Please follow: 

1. General recommendations for solving database update issues. 
2. Update Issues checklist - by Richbuff. 
3. IF - after following both sets of guidelines & monitoring the issue, the issue persists, uninstall the software, saving LICENSE data only, do not check any other checkboxes, leave all other check boxes blank; at the end of the uninstall, make sure the computer reboots, download a new Kaspersky Security Cloud Free installer & clean install Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. 

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?
