I try to figure it out what is the differences between The Global region vs Israel version.. I’d be happy to get answer that clarify the difference.

The Global version can be installed and activated in any country  without regional restriction.

Kaspersky’s  Data Protection Officer has advised:

The Israel version has been brought into compliance with the legislative requirements of Israel on information security, which ensures that specific data generated on the territory of Israel (within the framework of apps operation) does not leave this territory.

When installing an app, in addition to the EULA (End User License Agreement), a customer is shown a special agreement regarding the transfer and processing of data in accordance with the requirements of local law. Acceptance of the terms of this agreement is mandatory for the operation of the app. Until the customer's explicit consent (or refusal), the app suspends any updates or data transfer to the cloud. If the customer declines the agreement, the app completely stops its function. In this case, the customer is entitled to request a refund.
