Hello,

I installed Kaspersky Security Cloud on my MacBook M1, Big Sur.

Every time I open Safari for the first time I get an error message: “This application cannot be installed because the file is corrupted”.

The file name is: libsaas_forms.dylib.fcb1d7dd6aea33229f9fde3799150104_0

Thanks @Danila T. for your answer.

I have a valid key for KSC, running it on Windows system.

KSC is yet installed on my Mac but I got the error message only when I open Safari.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall KSC.

Should I uninstall and reinstall it with the link you indicate to me ?

Hello,

Kaspersky support gives me the answer very quickly:

“After checking, it would seem that this operation is inherent to the operating mode of your operating system.

In this case, in order to remedy this situation, please allow the installation of third-party source applications in your Mac OS X system:
-> Open the menu by clicking on the "Apple" at the top left of your screen.
-> In the menu that opens, select "System Preferences".
-> Go to "Security and confidentiality".
[Important]
At the bottom left of the window that opens, check if the padlock symbol is open.
If the padlock appears as closed, please click on the padlock and enter your system password to grant yourself the necessary permissions to modify "System Preferences".
-> Go to the "General" tab
-> Under "Allow applications downloaded from", check the "App Store and identified developers" option.”

I tried this solution and it works well for me☺
