App Not Opening Please Help

I have renewed my subscription to VPN Secure Connection but I cannot access the app. I receive messages that tells me I have 300MB of "free" VPN access each 24 hours. Also I cannot access Live Chat with a 'human'. Feeling annoyed that I'm not making any progress with this problem. Grrrr!!
