Android Device location etc turned off after device missing

My Android device went missing this morning. I logged into My Kaspersky, clicked Lock & Locate, Mugshot etc. Everything was turned on and working at the time. 

Now that I came back to check on progress it says those features are turned off and the buttons are greyed out?

I have already been helped with this by a chat agent. It's just because the phone is turned off.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
