all traffic from firefox blocked

im using Win 10 64bit

and firefox 83.0 (64-bit)

 

after upgrade from KIS 2020 to KIS 2021 , cannot use firefox 

the problem like all traffic are blocked , all tab like loading and loading...

im also cannot login to my router 192.168……...

 

im already trying reinstall FIREFOX also reinstall adds on kaspersky protection for mozilla firefox, but still no hope

 

the problem only with firefox + addos kaspersky

when i disabled addons ,  firefox run normally

i already uninstall kaspersky but i still cannot using firefox if addons kaspersky enabled

Done with restart firefox ( reset all settings and addons)
