Hello. I had a Kaspersky VPN that was working perfectly. With the latest update, my NAT setting for online games was changed from "Moderate" to "Strict." I'm experiencing significant lag and increased ping in games. I also noticed that some important settings in the program settings have been removed. (Catapult Hydra and Wireguard options have been removed.) - (DNS configuration page has been removed.) I kindly ask you to fix these issues as soon as possible. I don't want to look for another VPN. Thanks

I have the same issue on Kaspersky VPN secure connection on Android 15, App version 11.128.4.14926, downloaded APK from Kaspersky website.

Can't connect to any server.

(Catapult Hydra and Wireguard options have been removed.) - (DNS configuration page has been removed.)

We are all in the same case, I was not having any connection issue so far in Spain using KVPN with Spanish node, but today I can't connect neither on Windows nor in Android device, so We have to be patient 🙄

My real location is Belgium and since the update there are no issues with using any VPN virtual location on Windows and iPhone 🤔 ???

It doesn't matter if it connects, I still can't browse the internet with the VPN.

Unfortunately, just because a VPN is active doesn't mean it's doing its job properly. I'm guessing you don't like gaming and just surf the web. If so, you're right. This VPN might work for you. But it definitely doesn't meet my needs anymore. And it doesn't look like it's going to get fixed. My only consolation is that this issue only appeared within the remaining 40 days of my one-year subscription. To fix the problem myself, I found and purchased a quality VPN, one of the top three VPNs on the VPN market. Now everything works perfectly. From now on, I'll only use Kaspersky for virus removal. I still trust it. But your VPN app no longer meets my needs.

Hi, yeah I have replied to them.

And just to share updates here as well, currently VPN connection is up and internet is accessible, however Germany's server (don't know about the rest, I only tried 2 UK servers, Russia, and Germany) takes forever to connect (more than 5 mins, first time I tried I left my phone for an hour and returned and found it connected, second time I tried I stopped the connection attempt after 5 minutes), however after the connection is made with Germany server internet is accessible.

It's also worth mentioning that The VPN tests above were done using the debug version and later on using the latest APK main release 11.129.4.14969, another thing that VON server's switching isn't seamless and requires force stopping the app before trying to connect to another server (this didn't use to happen using old versions "from Google play times").

2026 and not fix yet ............. so so so so sad
