Advanced disinfection

I ran a .exe file I downloaded and Kapersky started advanced disinfection. a Trojan.Multi GenAutorunReg.a was found and disinfected within 30 seconds according to the log. Should I assume the file is now safe and I can use it? Should I delete the file that had the Trojan?? Should I do a system restore before I downloaded the file just to be safe?

Please help.

2) Check the Kaspersky Quarantine 

3) Post a screenshot from the Log
