Add feature of unlocking vault with bio metric devices on Windows

Welcome!

  • Atm, Windows Hello Fingerprint authentication, for KPM, is not available. 
  • Kaspersky recently added Vault Autolock options, adding 24 hrs and Never is available, however, Kasperksy’s goal is to protect us as much as it is to make it easy for us to use the software: 

 

 

  • If you wish for any new feature or enhancement to Kaspersky software, to be considered, evaluated & developed, please raise a request via Kaspersky Technical Support. Use the I have a Suggestion template. After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • Note: the process may take a very long time, each request is measured against many benchmarks and not all requests are successful. 
  • When feedback from the Kaspersky Technical Team is available, please share it here in the Kaspersky Community?

  • The best way, to see any feature implemented, is raise a request via Kaspersky Technical Support, use the I have a Suggestion template
