Activation Problem

      my harddisk windows 10 os corrupted, i have to windows 10 os, after activating problem.

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation , and then select Troubleshoot to run the Activation troubleshooter. For more info about the troubleshooter, see Using the Activation troubleshooter.

1. ?Also, for your own privacy & security, sharing private information, such as: Kaspersky activation code(s) & personal email address is most unwise. 
2. As you purchased the software from Amazon, here's another Kaspersky guide as well: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error: If you purchased your license in the online store of a different company, attach a screenshot or a copy of the email which contained your activation code.
