Hi, i just purchased a new key for my windows 10 . i download the softwar and instaled it but when i try to enter the key and activate the license it says this activation code is not compatible with this application!

any solutions pls ?

@zakaria abed Welcome. Did you download  the Kaspersky product that is corresponding with your product license ?

My activation code went null & void on me because I thought I was solving the problem by upgrading to 2020 version… now I’m stuck and my original code, paid for by my brother, is useless… & I did try to reenter said code b4 I upgraded and it told me it had already been used… since then nothing works?

1. What does “My activation code went null & void on me because I thought I was solving the problem by upgrading to 2020 version” actually mean please? 
2. Where was the code re-entered?
3. Is the error “This key is already in use”?
4. May we have an image please?

It looks to me like, by adding the update, I’ve wrecked it.  I did see something before about having 924 days left. Is there a way to go back to previous?? I’ll need another code?

I think I have to go back a version, or grade… But the activation code still said it was already entered, so I can’t get back to where I wanted to be with it.  I think I need another activation code, so I can have it back to the status that it needs to be, which is 924 days left??
