Activation error

I have a subscription for 3 devices, I already used 2.

Today when I tried to add new device I got this error "Activation error

I disconnected the device and unistall the software and did it again. But all with same issue.

  1. After downloading & installing KIS, are you selecting, Sign into (your) MyKaspersky account, from the KIS app? 
  2. What app is the shield, 2nd icon, upper left of the screen?

Hi, yes I signed in using my account when I tried to added the code without signing in. I got an error there are no connection.

Note: the platform is Windows 10

Regarding your second question, its Adguard app
