Hi,

We are facing a weird problem on a computer , when trying to activate the license, it only activates for few minutes then disappears. We tried reinstalling Kaspersky Endpoint (using traditional method and kavremover) , Network Agent, activated the licence on the computer directly using the files .. but none of it seems to solve the problem. This is the first time we face a similar probleme so any guidance would be appreciated.

if this an Abo or Activationcode license I recommend to apply it to the Adminserver License Repository and deploy it automatically.
In the policy of KES under General Settings ->Application Settings make sure that KSC usage as Proxy for activation is checked. Make sure the Port 17000 is open for it and the activationserver is reachable by firewall

If you are using a key file deploy it by Add Key Task again.
