a malware is handling my keyboard but KS didn't identify it

A malware causing my external keyboard malfunctioning. When I connect the external keyboard, after a while it automatically locks my system. some times it makes to malfunction my PC using keyboard shortcuts.

Does it relate to antivirus? Remove Kaspersky Anti-Virus temporarily and check the problem playback.

Malware exists before the Kaspersky antivirus installation. I installed the Kaspersky antivirus to remove this malware. unfortunately failed to do so.

What are the symptoms that you determined the presence of malware?

When I press a key it types twice often. new windows are getting opened often with my intervention. when malfunctioning is at peaks some urls are getting pasted in browser's new tab.

1. (I'm assuming Windows), can you start in SafeMode and check the issue?
