Не заходит в ВПН.

Купил своей девушке ВПН для тиктока давно, теперь понадобился и мне. Пытаюсь войти с компа - не заходит, каждый раз выбивает неверный логин или пароль. Меняли пароль 2 раза, ничего не помогло, причём у неё заходит каждый раз без каких-либо проблем, у её отца также.
В группу можно добавить 5 человек, в группе 4 человека, я пытаюсь подключиться - одно и тоже "НЕВЕРНЫЙ ЛОГИН"... 
Как зайти в ВПН????

Можно пойти другим путем.

Удалите программу, потом скачайте установщик с MyKaspersky ("Загрузки" в верхнем меню) и установите.

Он сам подключится к аккаунту.
