守望先锋国服Neac网易反作弊加载后会出现CreateServiceW 1072报错，关闭和暂停安全软件依旧无效，重装卡巴斯基概率能启动，重启电脑问题复现，卸载卡巴斯基出现残留文件依旧会出现问题，完整干净卸载安全软件问题解除，想知道是因为什么导致了安全软件与反作弊的冲突？加白名单甚至关闭与暂停安全软件都无效。

При включённом — выдаёт ошибку “Something went wrong…”. Прошу проверить, какой компонент KTS блокирует запуск клиента. Версия KTS - 21.3.10.391 (n)

Добрый день. После последнего обновления антивируса появилась проблема с работой автокада. С включенным авнтивирусом после запуска Autocad выдает ошибку лицензии. Скрин приложен ниже. Для того чтобы Autocad работал нужно приостановить защиту антивируса. Т.е. антивирус каким-то образом считает запущенную службу Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service вредоносной и прекращает её работу. В следствие чего, Autocad не может получить доступ к локальной лицензии на компьютере и уходит в ошибку. Пробовал добавлять всю папку и доп.папки Автокада в исключения и доверенные программы...не помогает. Как решить эту проблему?

Hello, I recently purchased and installed Kaspersky Total Security on my Windows laptop. However, immediately after installation, I am unable to connect to Steam (Error Code: 105) and Riot Games (Riot Client / TFT). While Google Chrome works perfectly fine, these gaming applications report "No Internet Connection." I have already tried the following steps but none of them worked: Enabled Game Mode and Do Not Disturb Mode. Added Steam and Riot Games to the Exclusions list and marked them as Trusted Applications. In Trusted Application settings, I checked "Do not scan encrypted network traffic." Disabled "Encrypted connections scanning" under Network Settings. Disabled "Inject script into web traffic" under Traffic Processing. Performed a full Network Reset in Windows. Completely uninstalled Kaspersky (internet worked perfectly after uninstalling) and reinstalled it (internet blocked again). System Details: OS: Windows 10/11 Product: Kaspersky Total Security Network: Wi-fi Error: Steam Error 105 / Riot Client Connection Error Is there a specific NDIS filter or network driver setting that blocks these gaming ports on restricted networks like dormitories? How can I fix this without completely disabling the protection I paid for? Thanks in advance.

After the last windows 11 update both my Whatsapp and Roboforms do not work with the start menu. I can get them on web browser but not the way that I would like them to work. My RoboForm on the browser doesn't then offer me my passwords to login and can't be synced with my everywhere accounts on my laptop and phone. I have spent a few hours with the Technical people at RoboForm and they can't find a solution and suggest I contact Kaspersky to find what it wrong. For RoboForm I get the following message when trying to login . Cannot Log In: Cannot connect with background: Cannot connect to server: Connecting to online.roboform.com: Cannot switch to TLS mode: rc=-1 err=5 t=error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)[0] I have tried to use trusted files etc but nothing seems to be working at the moment. Salve, uso Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (m) su Windows 11. Oggi mi sono accorto che se vado in Impostazioni --> Firewall --> Regole Applicazione non mi compare nulla, solo l'errore "si è verificato un errore durante l'elaborazione dei dati, i dati non sono disponibili". Per poter aggiungere delle "regole" alle applicazioni devo andare per un'altra via, e cioè Altri Strumenti --> Gestisci Applicazioni --> Controllo Applicazioni --> Mostra tutte le attività. Ovviamente il firewall è attivo (o almeno così sembra). Se vado in Rapporti, vedo che l'attività è normalmente avviata. Come posso risolvere?

Более понятное продолжение моего прошлого поста с подозрением на бекдор из-за редких и безвредных, но непонятных вещей, происходящих с компьютером. Прошлый можно не читать, так как там по факту я не сформулировал нормальный вопрос. В антивирусе регулярно проверяю списки запускаемых/работающих приложений и сетевую активность. Никаких подозрительных приложений там нет. Только системное/с доверенностью по базе антивируса/софт Steelseries с моим разрешением/и абсолютно без всего процесс Registry, но это, кажется, норма. Соответственно, маскироваться ничего не может. Остаётся лишь узнать, может ли что-то просто не появляться в списках.

Иногда наблюдаю странные вещи, которые происходят с компьютером. Когда у меня тухнет экран от бездействия, он может сам обратно загораться в случайный момент, но не сразу. Из сна самостоятельно ни разу не выходил, только из энергосбережения. Недавно открыл Steam, параллельно вводя поисковый запрос в браузере, а когда закрыл браузер, то увидел в поле ввода логина "рёё", хотя я таких клавиш вроде бы и не касался при вводе запроса. Когда играл в GTA 5 два раза в примерно одном и том же месте радио само собой переключалось на другую радиостанцию и без открывания меню выбора. Вроде бы ничего криминального не происходит, но на фоне того, что я один раз допустил оплошность, скачав Tlauncher себе на компьютер, когда пошли всякие разговоры, что этот лаунчер нечистый, хотя я им пользовался лет так 10 без каких либо проблем. Более ничего сомнительного не скачивал, никаких пиратских программ, игр и прочей параши, а все иные сомнительные моменты ранее скидывал на этот форум. Регулярно провожу полную проверку компьютера антивирусом, смотрю за сетевой активностью приложений через интерфейс антивируса, почти все приложения там имеют автоматически выданные антивирусом доверенности, лишь одно пользовательское (Steelseries GG) и пустое Registry. Паранойя или у меня что-то есть на компьютере?

I cant add Zoom.exe to my Application Control rule. Thats make my zoom cant do login or join some zoom video call. I always need to pause kaspersky to be able to join or login, and when i resume the protection and try to rejoin the error shown error 5003 that told me to mske sure my connection is not blocked by firewall. I have try to add zoom.exe but the my application control prevent its, have try to reinstall the zoom but the problem still occur. But when i try other file like, the file can be added to rules, and funny things is i did copy Zoom.exe to Zoom-copy.exe and it can added to the rules but its not solve my main problem because the Zoom itself refers to Zoom.exe not with the copy name on its. I began to manage another company, and went through the usual motions of setting it up, however I couldn't download the distribution packages, it just loads nothing, barren. Something was giving me weird vibes when I had to accept the agreement, took me a few hours of trial and error, but it loaded and I accepted. Now it doesn't give me the distros. What do I do? Whenever I try to use the Secure Bank Transactions feature (browser is Firefox 132.0.1) I get the following popup message, when I select the site I want to visit: "The exception unknown exception (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFB88BBBA99" (or some similar location. It always starts with 00007FF. If I select cancel it brings me to another message for selecting a debugger and the cycle ends with Failed running Protected browser. Any ideas about what is going on? Depuis quelque temps, j'utilise MyHeritage un site qui offre sous le libellé "Arbre" un site avec des champs conçus pour conserver les données et informations de mon arbre généalogique, que j'y ai annotées. Malheureusement, chaque fois que je souhaite entrer le nom de famille d'un membre de ma famille dans le champ prévu à cet effet par MyHeritage, Kaspersky Password Manager remplit cette case automatiquement avec mon adresse e-mail personnelle. La seule solution que j'ai trouvée jusqu'à présent est de désactiver dans Kaspersky Password Manager l'option qui permet de remplir automatiquement le login et le mot de passe dès l'ouverture d'un site web. Ainsi, je perds une partie essentielle du confort de sécurité que Kaspersky Password Manager est censé m'offrir. Je souhaiterais une solution à ce problème ennuyeux. Merci d'avance de tout cœur. Goedendag. Ik gebruik op dit moment nog Total Security en heb daarnaast ook de Password Manager in gebruik. Ik wil gaan overstappen naar de nieuwe abonnementsvorm Plus, met de bijbehorende applicaties. Doe ik er verstandig aan om eerst Total Security (en de Password Manager?) te verwijderen, voordat ik de nieuwe Plus applicatie installeer? En wellicht daarbij ook verstandig om extensies in browsers eerst te verwijderen? Dank alvast voor de hulp!

When it expires, I plan to purchase and switch to Kaspersky Premium because it will be more cost-effective than renewing my current subscription. However, there is something I want to know, which didn't seem to be answered in the FAQ: If I (hypothetically) decide to upgrade sooner rather than later, will my remaining Total Security license be carried over to Premium? Or will I have to purchase a new license? If I purchase Kaspersky Premium from a source other than the official site (typically, I buy licenses on Amazon), will I need to manually activate the license in my Kaspersky account, or is it automatically added? Can I import my KTS 23 settings into Premium? I don't want to lose the settings I've configured.

Ok so I'll make this short, my software windows 11 was glitching for no reason, I already had kaspersky installed, it found nothing, also nothing weird in task manager taking alot of cpu or anything. I did decide to reset my pc, for some reason this time it took about 5 hours to complete. When opening the pc I wanted to run a scan from windows, it said something like "your IT has denied access", I installed kaspersky once again, after closing and reopening my PC the next day, at the first 10 seconds, there was a red alert at windows security, it said "Kaspersky is snoozed" at virus and threat protection, while firewall and network protection was also disabled. Then I guess kaspersky loaded and all the warnings disappeard. There might be a logical explanation, its that I'm just worried since this is the first time it has happend to me. Also, after installing a ram stack stick, my TPM is no longer found in my motherboard... not sure if that has to do with anything. I own kaspersky total security, kaspersky vpn and password manager.

Hi, In common with many other users online, my Windows 10 PC constantly runs Microsoft Software Protection Service Platform (sppsvc.exe) in the background. This often consumes high levels of CPU, Memory and Power and it's probably this that causes my laptop fan run at maximum speed. The opinion online is that the two (sppsvc.exe and KTS) are in conflict. I've found ways to permanently disable sppsvc but I wonder if it's safe to do so? Does anyone know if Kaspersky Total Security performs the same function as sppsvc.exe so they are not both necessary? Any words of wisdom? earlier in the morning I use public wifi because I were in public area; and it wenr smoothly without a problem, and later on the afternoon when I went back home connecting to my own wifi; I can't seems to accees and always ended up with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (as seen as screenshot below), I tried troubleshoot the connnection but seems no to fail; even tho I can use other browser such as Chrome just fine. and then I tried to exit KTS and it fix the problem (screenshot below). Is there away I can revert this issue? thanks in advance
