Hello, My son's device is not getting blocked after the daily time limit. The following are the settings Monitoring type: Block device Schedule: Weekdays Daily Limit: 0 h 30 m Downtime: 00:00 - 15:00 & 19:00 - 24:00 Weekend Daily Limit: 1 h 0 m Downtime: 00:00 - 8:00 & 19:00 - 24:00 Device & software details Device: Galaxy Tab S7 Android version: 13 One UI version: 5.1.1 Safe Kids 1.103.0.3 Premium version I have uninstalled and rebooted before installing again and all the requested permissions have been assigned. Hi Guys, one of my friend owned the Kaspersky Antivirus Premium account which supported multiple devices. He told me currently he have 1 spot for my device to register under his licensed account. May I know is it safe? Will he able to gain control to my device if I install the Antivirus application is under his licensed account. I worried he will able to gain access to my device once my device is registered under his account. The application will be installed from the official site but I'm using the license code he provided to me. Kindly provide me some advices regarding on this. Thanks! -
Adquiri uma TV Box Micool KM7, e como é comum o uso de pendrivers ou transmissão de mídias pelo Chrome Cast achei bom por um antivírus, porém como não tem uma versão para Android TV resolvi usar a versão mobile, não foi feito para o aparelho então a navegação não é muito boa, mas esta dando pra usar, acho que não tem problema né!?!?!? -
Установил из за аутентификатора kpm на смартфон, импортировал 2fa коды из гугл аутентификатор, на форум клуба код не подошёл восстановил доступ к аккаунту, удалил проблемный код 2fa, включил на форуме клуба заново 2fa при добавлении кода kpm написал что код от этого сайта есть (хотя он был удалён из базы) предложил заменить код, после того как я нажал да kpm выполнил 2 действия 1. добавил код от форума клуба ЛК, 2. Удалил код от личного кабинета аdguard. Функционал будут допиливать? или так проснешься а кодов 2fa в базе нет -

Hello, The alert slider on my Oneplus 11 that switches between sound, vibration and silent can still mute the alarm function of the Kaspersky app, while the normal volume buttons are locked by Kaspersky. Is there any way to let Kaspersky ignore the position of the slider?

It works on my laptop. I can access blocked site like Medium just fine. But on my Android 13 device it still says connection refused. Even when I change VPN location. I can check that the IP address changes but can not access any blocked site.

So I just activated Total security and Internet security, and I thought the internet security would only be activated after my total security expire? Anyway, after a crashed windows update caused by the application, both my KTS and KIS became Kaspersky Pure (picture below), and my android phone is still the free version of Kaspersky? Is there like a mobile and pc version of KIS? Also, the Security cloud application seems to be activated with a 3 years protection for 3 devices but my subscription is listed as free, and my current device seems to be expired. I'm lost here folks. What's the difference between Total security, Kaspersky Pure and Security cloud free? Is KSC better than Kaspersky Pure, or is it like Kaspersky SC Paid>Kaspersky Pure>Kaspersky SC Free>Kaspersky Total? What are the differences and capabilities? TA

Estou usando o Kaspersky no celular (android 13) e fiz o bloqueio de alguns apps pelo Kaspersky, visando a proteção em caso de roubo de celular. O problema é: qualquer um consegue simplesmente desinstalar o Kaspersky e tudo volta a ser liberado. Existe alguma maneira de impedir isso? O bloqueio fica meio "inútil" se qualquer pessoa consegue desinstalar o Kaspersky. Procurei em alguns lugares, mas não encontrei nada muito claro.

Hy, aktuell läuft meine Lizenz aus und ich aktiviere gerade auf meinen Geräten die neue Lizenz. Auf dem PC ist es Online oder Lokal sehr einfach die neue Lizenz zu hinterlegen. Aber bei meinen Android 13 Telefonen nicht. Es ist schier unmöglich. Es gibt kein Eingabefeld. Keine Übertragungsmöglichkeit. Selbst die auslaufende Lizenz vom Telefon zu entfernen scheint absolut unmöglich. Ich hoffe es kann mir jemand helfen. -
Hallo zusammen, ich habe einige Websites als Webapp installiert, weil die native App teilweise eine echte Katastrophe ist (bspw. Outlook). Bestimmte Webapps (bspw. Outlook) würde ich gerne über die App Lock-Funktion sperren. Ich kann die Sperre für die Webapp auch aktivieren, aber der Code wird beim Öffnen der App nicht abgefragt. Aktiviere ich die Funktion für die Chrome-App, funktioniert es bei den Webapps einwandfrei. Nur muss ich dann auch für die Chrome-App den Code eingeben. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, nur die Webapps sperren zu können? Ich freue mich auf hilfreiche Tipps! ?? Grüße QWERTZ
