Столкнулся с тем, что Kaspersky Premium блокирует/ломает HTTPS-запросы десктопного приложения LM Studio (это Electron-приложение для работы с локальными нейросетями), и победить проблему настройками исключений не получается. Окружение: ОС: Windows 11 Антивирус: Kaspersky Premium (актуальная версия, подписка активна) Приложение: LM Studio 0.4.24, установлено в C:\Program Files\LM Studio\ Симптомы при включённой Интернет-защите: В приложении ошибки Failed to fetch permissions, Failed to fetch user authorship permissions, Error fetching staff picks — то есть не проходят запросы к API lmstudio.ai; не загружается каталог моделей и не работает поиск по huggingface.co (fetch failed); не находятся обновления рантаймов (движки llama.cpp, Vulkan, ROCm) с versions-prod.lmstudio.ai; сервис LM Link постоянно в статусе Offline (Network connection failed). При этом те же домены в браузере открываются нормально — то есть проблема не в сети, а именно в перехвате трафика приложения. Как я понимаю, дело в проверке защищённых (TLS) соединений: антивирус подменяет сертификат, а Electron-приложение с жёсткой проверкой сертификатов (certificate pinning) такое соединение отклоняет. Что уже пробовал (не помогло): Добавил LM Studio.exe в «Доверенные приложения» со всеми галочками: «Не контролировать активность приложения», «Не контролировать активность дочерних приложений» + «Применять исключение рекурсивно», «Не проверять весь трафик». После сохранения перезагружал ПК — эффекта нет. Добавил домены в «Доверенные адреса» (раздел проверки защищённых соединений): lmstudio.ai, *.lmstudio.ai, versions-prod.lmstudio.ai, huggingface.co, *.huggingface.co, cdn-lfs.huggingface.co, hf.co, *.hf.co, *.xethub.hf.co, cas-bridge.xethub.hf.co — всё со статусом «Активно». Часть запросов после этого стала проходить, но прямые обращения приложения к huggingface.co и подключение LM Link по-прежнему падают. Исключения по веб-адресам в настройках Интернет-защиты (те же домены) — аналогично без полного результата. Единственное, что помогает полностью: отключение всего модуля «Интернет-защита». Сразу после отключения всё работает: каталог, поиск, обновления рантаймов, LM Link. -

TMT posted a topic in Kaspersky FreeHi, Web browsing got suddenly very slow. found the bottleneck. Turned off Kaspersky’s “Scan encrypted connections” in security options. Got back to full speed but Kaspersky warns about HUGE decrease in security. OK now I have to choose between that or VERY slow browsing because of traffic capture and upload/download to Kasperski reputational servers? Why did it get so much slower? Any thoughts? Thanks

СергейKripteks posted a topic in Kaspersky Total SecurityДобрый день Пару недель назад (+-, не засекал, точно сказать не могу) стал замечать, что каждый час ровно в 00 минут операционная система начинает дико лагать в течение 20-50 секунд. Браузер скролит рывками, видео на ютубе начинает тормозить, тимспик чужой голос прерывает, мой стрим в тимспике тоже лагает, печать текста тормозит. В общем лагает абсолютно всё Выждал какое-то время в надежде на автоматическое обновление чего-либо и фикс, но не дождался и сел выяснять кто виноват: в process explorer вижу, что в момент лагов даёт наибольшую нагрузку процесс System, в нём появляются потоки klflt.sys+0x2b240 После их завершения всё начинает работать нормально. Хотелось бы понять как убрать эти лаги? Система Windows 11 Pro, версия 25H2, сборка 26200.8037 Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (n) P.s. я не знал, что KTS неактуален. Обновиться до Kaspersky Premium?

Why? Why am I being targeted now? I've been fine with Kaspersky Standard subscription and Kaspersky basic in two diferent machines for many years and never have seen such intrusive move inside Kaspersky Standard 21.26.4.406 AVP service. After updating data bank in September 2, both services added advertise under Privacy tab on the left side of the column in the AVP interface enforcing to become Premium. However this is a downside of this intrusive change and I am afraid in to say. Is the A.I. program trusted to keep being handled alone? Is there no physical person working in the company to revise these changes, updates? If this a experimental update, why is It coming along injected with another daily data bank update? I have also notice when accessing Profile tab at the bottom of the AVP interface. My subscribed license show a pop black baloom with the following advertisement: "Obtain more resources or services Now you can update your signature/subscription without waiting till the end of your contract. Check my options". Showing the advertise with a bit more descripition about is understandable but is wrong to force this add in front of the interface. Users can changes their/our subscription whenever we find relevant If needed by visiting My Kaspersky domain webpage. My discontentment is about the decisions being made. Like sutil changes being brought to antivirus program versions every 2 to 3 months. But now all the sudden I need to be importuned by advertisement inside Kaspersky AVP services? I am very discontented with this and I wish this "experimentation" gets removed from the AVP interface. -

K start to use windows own notification to show alerts and notifications. These windows own pop up will block your interactions with any window below it. I believe you must meet such problem: you want yo click the Disinfect and reboot or try disinfect without reboot, But the window is block by other windows own notifications.(especially Kaspersky's notifications pop up by windows) you need to drag the advanced disinfection pop up to another place until it is not blocked..... I really suggest Kaspersky move the advanced disinfection pop up to the center of the desktop. just like the UAC. Or would you please give us a chance to switch to windows7 style notification?

When Kaspersky Firewall is turned on, my virtual machines show as connected to the network, but they have no internet access at all. The network adapter inside the guest OS displays a standard active connection because the IP address is assigned properly via NAT or Bridged mode, but web pages fail to load and external servers cannot be reached. To restore internet access, simply disabling Kaspersky Firewall is not enough. I also have to completely reset the VMware Virtual Network settings to default in the Virtual Network Editor, and as soon as I turn the Kaspersky Firewall back on, the internet connection drops immediately. For context, I do not have this issue at all when using Virtualbox on the same machine, so the problem seems specific to how Kaspersky interacts with VMware's network stack. I would like to keep Kaspersky Firewall running for security, but I need a proper solution or configuration guide to stop Kaspersky from blocking VMware connection permanently when the firewall is active. System details: Kaspersky version(Application Version): 21.26.4.406 OS: Windows 11 25H2 VMware Workstation Pro version: 26H1 (26.0.0.25388281) Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Since this was through website and was my first purchase hence I got it for $50 USD or something Now when I login to mykaspersky account. I see 4xx days remaining along with VPN, Password Manager and all the products it comes with. I also see "Payment Method" which says auto-renewal for 1 year for $5x.xx USD. My questions: Can I buy 2 year subscription for 3 devices again for the same amount using the same account?. So this way, the new 2 year subscription will stay in my account and can be utilized once the current subscription is over - giving me additional 2 years. My reason is simple, I need additional 2 year subscription on my Kaspersky login portal early rather then later when current subscription expires (with auto renewal off) - because the renwal will give 1 year subscription for $50 or something. -

Talvez a Kaspersky ou moderador poderia lançar algum patch para corrigir o problema, é ruim ter que desativar kaspersky para fazer umas aulas online. Obrigado pela atenção.

В общем техподдержка разочаровала. Может на форуме кто-то знает, как восстановить контекстное меню KAV? Версия Касперский Стандарт 21.18.5.438(a). На других ПК с Win10 все нормально, контекстное меню есть. Версия KAV та же самая. -

bims posted a topic in Kaspersky Secure Connectionустановлен касперский премиум 21.25.7.504. пытаюсь установить Kaspersky Secure Connection. программа не запускается. при попытке открыть программу указатель мыши/сенсорной панели скачет по рабочему столу, затем программа сама закрывается. переустановил программу. сделал restoreheals, sfc, полную проверку ПК антивирусом. перезагрузился.. всё равно не запускается. запускал и от администратора, и разных режимах совместимости. в безопасном режиме не устанавливается. пятый день поддержка не решает вопрос (очередь там...) спрашивал разные ИИ - все советы выполнил - бестолку. в той же сети старый комп с той же версией Windows - всё подхватил и работает нормально. андроид в той же сети - тоже работает Kaspersky Secure Connection. -

Проблема ложного срабатывания KFree на программу Throne 1.2.4, а точнее, на её ядро, которое ваша программа удаляет без каких либо "прелюдий". Прогонял этот файл на вирус тотал, ругается только касперский, остальным данный файл не интересен от слова совсем.
