Добрый день! Win 11 24H2, Версия KSC 21.22.7.466-1 (c), лицензия. Проблема началась сегодня, при попытке подключения выдаёт ошибку "Пожалуйста, проверьте настройки брандмауера и виртуального адаптера". Проверял настройки адаптеров, чистил кеш днс и т.п. к сожалению ничего не помогло. Через протокол WireGuard он подключается, но трафик не проходит т.е. ни одна страница не грузится. На других устройствах приложение работает корректно.

несколько раз пытался написать в техподдержку, кнопка отправить не активна, на какой "тапочек" жаловаться.решил написать здесь -
This may be a bit of a niche issue but I wanted to see if anyone had a solution. We use a government website that requires you to login using an Entrust PKI and when you first access the site Edge will prompt you to select your certificate. The prompt normally appears right below the Edge address bar and is easy to see. After installing Kaspersky the prompt no longer appears in Edge, it opens a 'Windows Security' prompt that asks you to pick a certificate. After choosing one and entering your password into Entrust, it then prompts AGAIN for the same certificate despite logging in. You can even cancel this box and continue to use the site. Not the end of the world, but its going to confuse our users. Worse is that the windows security boxes open without any focus and minimized in the taskbar, so people are going to miss it entirely. Is there a way to disable this behaviour and go back to Edge handling the certificates? The issue does not happen until Kaspersky is installed. I tried using the Web Threat Exclusion list but it doesn't make any difference.

I'm trying to recover my keyboard, mouse, speakers, which aren't working after uninstalling kapersky. So i booted with kapersky rescue tool. But the tools option is just not showing I'm running windows 11 Please help, I've spent hours and hours on this with no luck this is 2024 kapersky rescue tool, the 2018 version was showing black screen on my laptop -

Hello. Every time I start my Windows 11 laptop at my university and connect to the school wifi a notification about "unsafe network" shows, with the reason being that it's a common network name. How can this notification be disabled? I won't start using VPN and changing the network name is not an option. I have searched around and there don't seem to be any clear way, the only option being to disable notifications entirely which might not be ideal. If it's not possible, can the option to disable this be added? Im using Kaspersky Plus. -
Outlook has just started to not display images within emails. I turned off Kaspersky Plus and I can see the images. When I turn it on again, the images are not displayed. This started happening on 29th August 2025. I have tried to change the Trust Centre Settings but it hasn't made a difference. IT will only work when I turn off Kaspersky Can you please advise if there is a fix for this issue. Thanks, Gezza

Купил своей девушке ВПН для тиктока давно, теперь понадобился и мне. Пытаюсь войти с компа - не заходит, каждый раз выбивает неверный логин или пароль. Меняли пароль 2 раза, ничего не помогло, причём у неё заходит каждый раз без каких-либо проблем, у её отца также. В группу можно добавить 5 человек, в группе 4 человека, я пытаюсь подключиться - одно и тоже "НЕВЕРНЫЙ ЛОГИН"... Как зайти в ВПН????

Приветствую всех. В общем такая беда. Продуктом от Касперского пользуюсь давно. Особых проблем никогда не было. В данный момент и уже давно не могу найти решение. Проблема в том, что при замере скорости исходящий трафик интернета при включенном антивирусе меньше почти в двое. Ладно при замере скорости на площадке Яндекс, но даже при загрузке в облако (любой браузер, или п.о.) скорость не более 100 м.бит. Отключаешь, даже без удаления, всё прекрасно работает, летает просто. Встроенная диагностика сети, через раз пишет качество сетевого соединения может быть низким. Либо адаптер перезапускаешь, либо кабель из пк вытаскиваешь и обратно подключаешь. Операционку на чисто переустанавливал, антивирус тоже. Подписки на пару месяцев осталось. Уже думаю не продлевать. Скорость от провайдера 800 м.бит, а работать с файлами невозможно. Есть какое то решение? Всю голову сломал уже. -

Kaspersky version 21.22.7.466(a) windows 11 pro Probably a paranoid question, but last Friday Kaspersky suddenly showed an upgrade popup saying 'added support for Opera/improved phishing protection' and a few other things, and after I closed the popup, Microsoft immediately notified me that you need to update your antivirus or turn Windows Defender back on; simultaneously, Kaspersky showed a warning that the database is extremely out of date. So I update the antivirus, and now everything seems to be working fine. My question is, is this how Kaspersky software upgrades work? I'm assuming it was a software upgrade because I installed Kaspersky version 21.21, and now it's 21.22. So it's either a Kaspersky upgrade or a zero-day malware hitting me for no reason lol😅. Here are a few screenshots from my Kaspersky version so the experts here can take a look. Any advice would be appreciated. -

I just uncovered something that completely undermines the entire purpose of Kaspersky’s Safe Browsing feature. Kaspersky claims Safe Browsing runs in a virtualized, isolated environment to keep user data secure. In reality? It dumps everything in plain sight at: C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\SafeBrowser\Common\ And here’s the worst part: That folder is wide open. Any third-party program (file managers, cleaners, erasers, even malware with standard privileges) can access it. There’s no encryption, no sandbox, no ACL protection. It’s just sitting there. On SSDs, once this data is written, you can’t even guarantee complete destruction. For someone like me, who always stores browsing profiles and user data inside VeraCrypt vaults with maximum security, this is beyond unacceptable. I used Safe Browsing for months, thinking it isolated data properly. Instead, all of it was on my C drive like nothing mattered. So much for “virtualization.” What’s the point of a so-called isolated environment if the data ends up exposed on disk? It’s basically just a Chromium shell with poor storage policies dressed up as security. SO If you think you’re safe using Kaspersky Safe Browsing — you’re not. It’s a false sense of security that actually makes you more vulnerable. This is not a minor oversight. It’s a fundamental design flaw that destroys trust in the product. Until Kaspersky fixes this, assume your browsing data is not secure and take your own precautions.

Akutelle Kaspersky Standard Version macht Windows 11 unbrauchbar

Hallo, Ich habe seit geraumer Zeit ein Problem. Ich bin erst heute darauf gekommen das Kaspersky Standard die Ursache war. Wenn bei mir Kaspersky Standard installiert ist und der PC eine Weile läuft, dann funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Der PC friert zwar nicht ein aber ich kann keine Programme oder Explorer öffnen. Auch der Taskmanager lässt sich nicht öffnen. Das Deinstallieren über den Setup/MSI Installer kam zur einer Fehlermeldung. Ich musste mit dem KIS Removal Tool das Programm runter löschen. Ich hab natürlich die aktuellste Version von Kaspersky Standard benutzt. Eine Neuinstallation habe ich auch schon mal durchgeführt aber dann kam die Situation wieder. Daher dachte ich, dass es nicht am Programm lag sondern ein Fehler in Windows 11. Aber wenn ich so darüber nachdenke, kam das Problem mit Patch A. Hat wer ähnliche Erfahrungen? -

После установки Premium нет доступа к интернету у браузеров chrome и Brave (последний даже не запустился). Как исправить? В брандмауэре windows 11 добавление в доверенные программы не активно. Вроде в списке несовместимых их нет.... -
Доброго времени суток. Владею информацией, что продукт имеет функцию раздельного туннелирования приложений. Имеется ли такая же функция с определенными сайтами? Т.е. чтобы какой-то грузился по ВПНу, а остальные нет.

Um malware sequestrou um componente de hardware do meu pc, ele aplica uma Proxy que bloqueia o acesso a internet de alguns aplicativos do windows, da ordens ao meu powershell pra abrir páginas na web, baixar todo o conteúdo delas e executa-los no meu pc. Quando tento abrir a página da Kaspersky o malware me redireciona pra página do bit defender, quando tento instalar o Kaspersky ele corta a conexão a internet do instalador do Kaspersky, fazendo assim que a instalação não seja iniciada. Quando impeço o malware de mexer com o powershell ele corta totalmente meu acesso a internet. Alguém sabe como proceder?

No puedo descargar ningun archivo - Virus detectado

Hola, Tengo kaspersky Premium y desde hace unos dias no puedo descargar ningun fichero, ni desde cualquier web ni desde drive ni onedrive, siempre me da el error de "virus Detectado". Buscando por foros dicen que s on falsos negativos de windows defender pero no lo tengo activo, sólo esta kaspersky. He pasado todos los analisis posibles y sigue sin solucionarse el problema. Lo he probado tanto en chrome como en edge. Y tengo windows 11 Necesito ayuda. Gracias- 1 reply

Windows 11 PC with Kaspersky Premium installed and up to date Edge, Chrome & Firefox installed and all exhibit the same problem If I download a PDF bank statement from the bank it works fine but then if I try to download another it fails unless I reboot So if I want to download all my last 12 months bank statements for the tax man then I have to reboot 11 times ! The same problem occurs with CSV files and XLSX files and is the same using ay of my browsers If any one has any ideas how to resolve this issue I would be most grateful A dozen or so reboots during the day is very tedious Kaspersky Premium installation disables Windows Defender so it can't be that Also if I exit / close Kaspersky it still leaves stuff running in the background despite using task manager to close the obvious Any help much appreciated
