No puedo entrar a un sitio web ni a las pestañas que vienen después. El antivirus Kaspersky Standard no me deja. Primero, cuando quiero entrar, aparece una pantalla donde me avisa que “Se ha evitado que visite un sitio web que no es de confianza”. Cuando pulso el botón “deseo continuar” me sale un pop-up que me dice que “No se ha podido establecer una conexión segura con un sitio web”. Y me pregunta “¿Desea continuar de todos modos”? Y cuando pulso el botón “Confirmar” me envía a una página web que da un error. Dice: “503 Service Unavailable. No server is available to handle this request”. Para tratar de solucionarlo añadí el sitio web, y todas las pestañas del sitio que pude, como un URL de confianza. Lo hice entrando por “configuración”, “navegación segura”, “configuración avanzada”, “direcciones URL de confianza”. Sin embargo, y a pesar de que reinicié el ordenador, me sigue apareciendo el mismo error. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Estoy MUY molesto con Kaspersky Standard. Just now the antivirus detected HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic, from what i saw it was from a website that appeared in Google searches, I didn't even click on it, so I didn't understand. Hi, every time I boot my PC, when I get on my desktop I get a pop up message Detected: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic Location: c:\windows\installer\msiaa65.tmp The last part after Installer\ changes all the time. I disinfect and restart the computer, but I am always in the same situation. Even a total scan doesn't yield any result, and nothing is found. I have Windows 11 updated to the last version available at the time of writing, same for Kaspersky Security Cloud - Personal. Thanks for any help to get rid of this annoyance.

Bom dia, estou tentando fazer a instalação do Kaspersky Endpoint Security versão mais recente (12.2.0.462) para o Windows, porém, ao clicar para iniciar não e mostrado a tela de instalação, nada acontece. Está acontecendo tanto no Windows 10 quanto no 11.

I'm using Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (version 22631.2506) with Kaspersky Total Security Premium (version 21.15.8.493). Despite having enabled both notification sounds and on-screen notifications for all critical events in settings - I get nothing. I downloaded a few malware samples to test, they were all detected, but the only way I would know is if I glanced at Kasperky's tray icon which turned red. But there was no sound nor any notification of a malicious object being present on my PC. For obvious reasons, I'd like these notifications. I already tried checking if notifications for Kaspersky are not silenced, and they aren't. I tried going to Settings -> Notifications and enabling "Get notifications from other senders" - it was already enabled. Kaspersky is not in that list. "Do Not Disturb" mode is not enabled and neither is it set to auto enable - I never use it. So far, I only get notifications if new devices connect to my network. How do I fix them? Any help is appreciated.

Para los que no entendáis nada de inglés y estéis interesados en aplicar dichos ajustes, siempre podéis cambiar el idioma de vuestro Kaspersky temporalmente a inglés con la combinación de teclado MAYÚSCULAS + F12, y una vez aplicados, volver a castellano con MAYÚSCULAS + F5. Without further delay, these are the steps to follow: 1.- Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention, and set: This may be a bit aggressive, so for newbies and / or standard users, probably better to leave Trust digitally signed applications enabled. That will lead to get less blocking in legit applications. 2.- Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Exclusions and actions on object detections, and set: 3.- Now We are going to hard a bit also Trusted group, so go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications. Once Manage Applications window is open, select Trusted group with Your mouse pointer, then 1 click on mouse right button -> Details and Rules, and in the new window, go to tab Rights: In this new window We have to change the selected rights in orange color, to do so, again just select with Your mouse pointer in Shut down Microsoft Windows (1), then 1 click on the small arrow down on the right (2), then select Ask User (3), and later repeat the same to enable Log events (4): Repeat the same to change the remaining orange rights shows in previous capture, once ended, click on Save (and allow saving the changes in the next Kaspersky prompt window). 4.- And finally going to harden Low Restricted group. We are going to repeat all the steps in previous point to harden Trusted group, but this time with Low Restricted group: Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications. Mittlerweile nutze ich Kaspersky VPN jeden Tag und auch eigentlich zu allen Zwecken. Es ist schnell und sicher. Allerdings vermisse ich ein Feature das bereits andere große VPN Hersteller haben und das nicht zu vernachlässigen ist. VPN Gaming Server für eine Niedrige Latenz beim Zocken. Ich bin sicher dieses Feature was nur ein bisschen Mehraufwand in der Einrichtung kosten würde für Kaspersky würde dich schnell rentieren. Privatsphäre ist heute wichtiger denn je Das Gleiche gilt auch in der Online Welt der Spiele. Aber Onlinespiele sind nun mal auch auf das Internet angewiesen. Und das bedeutet auch, dass man möglichst eine niedrige Latenz benötigt. Ich muss mit der Zeit die Mühe machen und einige Server ausprobieren und deren Latenz messen, bevor ich in ein Spiel starten kann. Es wäre doch viel besser, wenn Kaspersky selber einiger Server In eine eigene Kategorie steckt Die speziell für eine niedrige Latenz sorgen. Dies ist kein Fehler oder sonstiges sondern ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung der Kaspersky dienste.

我是21.13正式版升级的21.15准正式版，不知道那里误操作开启了调试转储和文件跟踪保护；C盘在21.13版本与21.15早期时剩余398GB可用空间，之后由于前面说的产生回滚备份数据额外空耗掉59-60GB空间。在国内论坛求助无果，指导意见是关闭性能里面的这个调试两项和删除一个注册表键值；可惜没看到实际效果-空间并未立马得以释放出来。特此求助，也希望卡巴斯基后期功能设定提供释放回滚所需空间的选项。谢谢！

Have tried adding exclusions in Kaspersky for Firewall component and issue is still occurring , If I relaunch the application manually everything works fine. Application network rules in firewall do not list any new low restricted version of application with blocked internet access as it does sometimes for some applications.

Windows 11 sistemimde Microsoft Edge web tarayıcısını kullanıyorum. Tarayıcıda e-tree adlı bir uygulama mevcut. Por lo que estuve averiguando el tener el cmd abierto cuando prende la pc en todo momento es un sintoma de spyware, el cmd en mi pantalla no se abre pero se mantiene en segundo plano, siempre lo cierro pero cuando la vuelvo a prender se abre de vuelta, el antivirus no detecta ningun problema, ultimamente estoy teniendo probelamas con mis cuentas que gente se mete y me cambia las contraseñas aunque las vuelvo a recuperar, me gustaria saber si hay alguna solucion o simplemente estoy pensando de mas, gracias por la atencion.
