I have purchased the premium licence but not sure what is the safest way to scan my infected computer. Should i install Kaspersky on a USB and plug it into the infected computer? should I put the installed directly in the infected PC and install it there? wouldn't this then infect the anti-virus as well? Is there a better method?

I updated OS to Windows 24h2 with Kaspersky Premium installed. Now Windows Security center recommends and Kaspersky warns that I should allow Windows to locate my device. There was no such warning in 23h2. How should we deal with this? What features do I lose if I ignore this warning?

И так я скачал игру(пиратку, не горжусь) и при проверки системы нашло троян. Естественно я сразу подсел на очко(да и щас тоже). Прошел все удаление, перезапуск системы. Но я не уверен что он удалился на 100%, как это можно проверить? прошел быструю проверку ничего не нашло, щас запустил полную. Возможно ли что антивирусник так ошибся и ка точно удалить троян если он остался(мб система не удалило его) Да, мне страшно...

I need help and this starting to get frustrating. I formatted my laptop to a clean state and when I tried to reinstall the Kaspersky Plus by downloading the installer through the MyKaspersky account. The Kaspersky App on desktop keeps saying this. - Even though I just recently bought the Kaspersky Plus last August. - I tried copying the License Key on the Additional Info on the MyKaspersky according to the guides. -But it doesn't work since It only asks for 20 codes but the License Key contains about 32 numbers/letters. - Since I bought the Subscription through online. I haven't received any Activation Code on my email. I need help to fix this.

Buenos días, comunidad: Solicito su ayuda con un inconveniente que surgió tras la actualización de la consola de administración el pasado 15 de septiembre. Antes de esta actualización, podía acceder sin problemas a los dispositivos de red a través de su interfaz web utilizando sus IPs locales. Sin embargo, esta semana, al intentar acceder a uno de esos dispositivos, el navegador me muestra el mensaje ERR_CONNECTION_RESET, intente con varios navegadores y en modo incognito obteniendo los mismos resultados y no me permite ingresar. Curiosamente, al desactivar Kaspersky en mi equipo, el acceso se realiza sin inconvenientes. Como parte de las pruebas, creé un nuevo grupo de seguridad sin ninguna configuración adicional y con todas las opciones desactivadas, y pude ingresar nuevamente. No obstante, al activar Cloud Discovery, el problema se repite y el acceso vuelve a estar bloqueado. En los informes de Kaspersky no se reflejan bloqueos ni alertas relacionadas con este incidente, y la IP del dispositivo al que intento acceder no aparece marcada como bloqueada. Lo más extraño es que puedo acceder sin problemas a otro equipo de la misma referencia y modelo, también a través de una IP local, aun teniendo Kaspersky activo. Para intentar solucionar el problema, probé reinstalando el software y realizando una desinstalación limpia, pero el incidente persiste. La versión de Kaspersky que tengo instalada es la 12.6.0.438. Agradezco cualquier orientación o sugerencia sobre cómo resolver este inconveniente. Agradezco la ayuda y guia que me puedan brindar.

После установки Kaspersky Endpoint Security на ОС Windows 11 Pro пропадает возможность установки соединения через VPN, а точнее быть через браузерное расширение VeePN, да и вообще любой VPN перестаёт работать после установки. Fiz o download para instalação da versão Premium, ao abrir o aplicativo para fazer a ativação do produto ele informa que possuo duas assinaturas (imagem anexo), seleciono a versão Premium para ativação e ocorre um erro '' O arquivo de Chave está corrompido''. Adquirí la version premium y no puedo acceder al cliente de Riot, me indica que no hay conexión, (como si estuviera desconectado). Añadí la exclusión y coloqué los archivos .exe de la app como aplicaciones de confianza, incluso le di "sin restricciones" o habilitado para las reglas de cada aplicacion para que tengan libre movimiento. Y aún así continúa el problema. Unicamente puedo acceder (de forma parcial, ya que me permite acceso a la aplicacion pero no a jugar en pantalla completa) cuando tengo la VPN activa, pero no me interesa ejecutar esta aplicación a través de la vpn, me gustaría ejecutarla normalmente.

Olá a todos(as), Possuo um controle pessoal financeiro e uma das coisas que sempre me deixa na mão é encontrar e saber dados financeiros do Kaspersky. Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço!

While I was using Windows Subsystem for Android(WSA) today, my kaspersky suddenly told me that itwas a trojan and killed it. He visto que los procesos "Antimalware Service Executable" (parte de Windows Defender) y "Kaspersky Lab Launcher" están corriendo simultáneamente. Entiendo que el primero es el servicio antimalware de Windows, y el segundo pertenece a mi software de seguridad de Kaspersky. Me gustaría saber si es normal que ambos estén activos al mismo tiempo. ¿Debería desactivar Windows Defender al usar Kaspersky, o debería dejarlo activo? Si creéis que es mejor desactivarlo como lo hago, porque hay cosas que en la configuración de seguridad me aparecen que son controladas por Kaspersky y otras no me aparece nada de Kaspersky. Meu VPN já não funciona há cerca de uma semana e meia ou duas. Não há o que eu faça que resolva o problema. Alguém passando por algo semelhante? Sempre usei e continuo usando a versão paga e nunca tive problema antes.

Just as the title says - I've been really impressed by Kaspersky free so far, but, constant notifications are really bothering me. I mean, I get this is a free product, but come on... This is starting to feel like some other popular AVs- And that really ticks me off. Is there something to do about them?

Ook doe ik dit: de optie beschermde browser niet starten aanvinken om evt ideal betalingen niet automatisch via veilig bankieren te laten verlopen, omdat zeer vaak mis gaat en veel klachten over kwamen in het verleden. Alleen iedere keer als het pakket geupdate wordt naar een nieuwe versie is de koppeling weer verdwenen en krijg ik heel veel klanten de vraag om deze koppeling terug te zetten en sommige zijn dan bang dat ze gehacked zijn omdat Kaspersky "is verdwenen". De huidige koppeling verwijst naar: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky 21.18\avpui.exe" -safebanking" Komt er een nieuwe versie dan veranderd bovenstaande, en de snelkoppeling is weg. Hello, Is Bing search engine not supported anymore in URL advisor? On google it works fine but not on Bing. I am using Edge Browser on Win11 running Kaspersky Free v21.18.5.438(a). I saw a thread for KIS in this forum where this issue is supposed to be fixed. But I am still seeing this issue. See the screenshots where it is showing grey icon on Bing.com while on Google.com it is working as it should. Thank you.

Недавно приобрел себе ПК (i7-13700F, 64гб DDR5, В/к MSI 4070ti), далее в течение нескольких месяцев пользовался им для игр и работы, иногда скачивая разные программы из разных источников. В последнее время стал замечать, что при открытии диспетчера задач на вкладке производительности есть странная активность в разделах ЦП, Интернета и графического процессора (на скриншотах), а именно в сразу после открытия отображается большая нагрузка на вышеуказанных показателях. Со своей стороны приобрел Касперский Премиум, произвел все возможные предложенные проверки, как быструю, так и полную, во время которых были выявлены и устранены пара троянов, но основная "проблема" так и осталась. Подскажите, пожалуйста, с чем может быть это связано? Возможно ли, что именно диспетчер задач при открытии в первые доли секунд каким-то образом нагружает вышеуказанные компоненты ПК для получения данных и, как следствие, отображает эти нагрузки у себя или это майнер так шифруется? Заранее спасибо за ответы.
