Inclusive, estou recebendo alertas da Central de Segurança do Windows informando que minha proteção está desativada. Não estou conseguindo abrir o Kaspersky Premium. Clico no ícone para iniciar a aplicação, e fica travado na tela com a mensagem "preparando para iniciar o aplicativo" e o aplicativo nunca inicia. O que devo fazer para resolver esse problema?

A maior parte delas são executadas por um usuário que desconheço "WORKGROUP/(nome do meu computador)". Apesar disso o antivírus não informa que há alguma irregularidade na página inicial, como posso ter certeza de que minha máquina está segura?

Samuel1234 posted a topic in Para casabasicamente o kaspersky mostra que ha 4 dispositivos conectados em meu wifi, quando entro nas configuracoes do meu roteador ele mostra que ha apenas 3 dispositivos, meu celular e um poco f7 pro mas nao e o que aparece ali no meio, quando verifico nas configuracoes o ip que esta no meu dispositivo e o 192.168.0.166. Isso ja aconteceu antes, eu reiniciei o pc e deletei ele e desapareceu, mas agora retornou, verifiquei o log do roteador e nao ha registro de envio desse ip 248 pra nenhum dispositivo desativei o wifi do meu celular e ele n desapareceu, estou realmente preocupado, pode ser um virus? pq o roteador nao identificou nada? no app do Fing eletbm n identificou nenhuma conexao a mais.

One workstation keeps throwing errors about conflicting software, particularly 360 antivirus, even though there's no visible trace of it on the hard drive or in the registry. I've tried various methods to locate and remove it, but so far, no luck. The error shown by the installation program: If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to effectively track down and eradicate this program, I'd greatly appreciate your insights. Does restoring all Kaspersky settings to default/factory settings have any bad effect on the system? For example, what happens to applications that you put into high restricted category? Also applications that you deny the internet access? And what would happen to quarantined items? Will restoring Kaspersky application settings to default values after you have so many programs (Let's say some of them not exactly trusted) running on the computer make the antivirus less effective at handling those apps after the program reset? Will there be any potential risks for doing this? Thank you. -
Lvdwig posted a topic in Pour particuliersJe fais ce post car comme mentionné dans le titre je suspecte très fortement un trojan sur mon pc mais je n'ai rien de totalement sûr et j'ai besoin d'aide pour m'aider à fouiller et comprendre si oui on non il y a bien quelque chose. Tout a commencé lorsque kaspersky a détecté un probable trojan "HEUR:Trojan-Downloader.BAT.Bitser.gen" sur un fichier server.bat lorsque j'essaie d'installer un modpack pour un serveur minecraft connu et vérifié. Probable faux positif. J'arrête tout, je désinfecte le fichier suspect, supprime le modpack et run une analyse complète du système qui scan à peu près 3 200 000 fichier et aucune autre détection. Je redémarre et essaie de lancer un ptit scan malwarebytes qui ne donne rien puis je re lance un scan complet kaspersky au cas où. Et là kaspersky n'analyse que 470 000 fichier. Cela ne bouge pas après reboot pc et logiciel alors je réinstalle kaspersky et là tout va bien et re scan plus de 3 000 000 de fichier. Je re démarre et relance un scan pour savoir si kaspersky à bug ou autre et après reboot kaspersky recommence à n'analyse que 470 000 fichier. Comprenant pas ce qu'il se passe je fouille voir si des programmes chelou s'exécute ou autre et rien. Sauf les programmes Memcompression, Secure System et Registry qui selon kaspersky n'ont aucune signature numérique et lorsque je clique dessus j'obtiens le message dans la première image jointe. Je vais dans mon gestionnaire de tâche, je trouve bien les programmes sauf Memcompression et j'arrive à trouver leurs chemin et leurs propriétés et rien de trop suspect mais je ne vois pas Memcompression. Je vais checker sur des forums Microsoft pour des réponses et kaspersky me parle d'une connection SSL êtrange via opéra gx que je bloque et voici le message dans le rapport : "Événement: Une connexion SSL avec un certificat invalide a été détectée message kaspersky : Type d'utilisateur: Non défini Nom de l'application: opera.exe Chemin d'accès à l'application: C:\Users\Patat\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera GX Module: Navigation sécurisée Résultat de description: Bloqué Nom de l'objet: identity.nel.measure.office.net Raison: Ce certificat ou un des certificats de la chaîne a expiré." Je tente un redémarrage mode sans échec mais impossible de me connecter comme sur la 2ème image jointe et tenter de créer mon pin me fait juste un popup Microsoft qui s'éteint directement. Je retourne sur kaspersky et je vois que Memcompression n'est pas actif je sais pas pourquoi et je tente de lancer un scan complet de mon système voir si il y a une différence maintenant et oui je retourne à plus de 3 000 000 en scan mais aucune détection. Dans les rapports kaspersky les dernières utilisation Memcompression, Registry et Secure system, sont incohérente avec leurs utilisation actuel. Il me dit qu'ils sont utilisés pour la dernière le 18mai à 4h05 alors que mon pc s'est éteint à 5h00 et que ça fait 2h que je suis dessus aujourd'hui par exemple. Je trouve ça très inquiétant je lance un sfc scan et windows me dit aucun violation système détecté. Rien de bizarre je crois dans le rapport de tache planifiées suspectes. J'ai tenté d'analysé les connexions réseau actives mais je sais pas trop comment interpréter les résultats mais je crois qu'ils sont suspect. Beaucoup de messages d'impossibilité de lecture, plusieurs canaux LISTENING ou ESTABLISHED et il me semble que mon IP est toujours la même sauf quelques fois mais je ne sais pas si je lis les bonnes colonnes. Bref dans le doute le pc est débranché et hors tension et coupé de tout réseau en attendant. Que dois je penser, que dois je faire ? J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide

Bought a Kaspersky standard 3 device 2 year license. but when activating using the activation code it says invalid region, then I uninstall the old kaspersky anti-virus and installed kaspersky standard free. then after activating it say the license is not support on this app. so is this kaspersky standard is not for windows 10/11? because when I'm on mykaspersky subscription, trying to download on subscription it only shows mobile. did try send download link to email but when open it on PC there is no any action or download from the link provided. even when I click on "click on here to download again." when logged in my account to the kaspersky standard app on PC my windows PC dosn't show up on Kaspersky Standard license subscription it keeps showing up on Kaspersky Anti-virus (old subscription 10 device) any solution should I do? can I file for a refund? since this plan looks incompatible for windows. -

I am using Edge Browser on Win11 running Kaspersky Free v21.18.5.438(a). I saw a thread for KIS in this forum where this issue is supposed to be fixed. But I am still seeing this issue. See the screenshots where it is showing grey icon on Bing.com while on Google.com it is working as it should. Thank you.

Eset, Emsisoft and Norton all have different signatures than Kaspersky, and they are decent enough to identify PUPs that Kaspersky sometimes misses. I'm mainly interested in scanning my work-related assets with them for adware and PUP detection, but I'm worried that they might interfere with Kaspersky's main components or something. So do they conflict with Kaspersky Premium or not? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The programmes I'd like to use alongside K if there are no conflicts. Eset online scanner. (No real time protection) Emsisoft emergency kit. (No real time protection and no need to install) Norton Power Eraser. (No real time protection and no need to install) I'm using windows 11 version 24H2 and Kaspersky premium version 21.20.8.505.

Today when I try to open any bank website in the Protected Browser I get a message saying "Run error: Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: Process was stopped." I am in Firefox, Windows 11 24H2 64-bit, Kaspersky Internet Security v. 21.3.10.391(m) databases are up to date. Subscription: Active Paid until: Feb 16, 2026 Remaining days: 284 Please advise.

Daz Studio (very popular 3D rendering app) and Ren'Py (arguably the most popular visual novel-making engine) and Kaspersky added both these applications into the high-restricted group (intrusion prevention). I'm aware that you can manually add applications to the trusted group and make it work, but the thing I don't understand is these two programmes were previously trusted by KSN, and K added them as trusted just a few weeks ago. So how can I make a complaint to KSN? Kaspersky premium 21.20.8.505 version Thank you.

Removo os links e mudo o atributa das Pastas Ocultas para não ocultas ... mas logo em seguida fica tudo oculto novamente e o link recriados. O karpeskay não encontrou nenhum vírus, como resolver?

Я заметил несколько подозрительных процессов, которые начали активно использовать ресурсы системы. Среди них были такие процессы как “Ulta-service” и “rvcontrolsvc”, которые, как мне кажется, связаны с вредоносной активностью. Я не могу остановить эти процессы, так как вирус блокирует все попытки: при попытке запустить антивирус, браузеры начинают закрываться, а сам процесс на компьютере не удается выполнить. Описание проблемы: Вирус блокирует работу антивирусных программ (в том числе Kaspersky и другие). При запуске Kaspersky или других антивирусных утилит система начинает резко замедляться и появляются ошибки, а также происходят сбои в работе приложений. Все попытки получить доступ к безопасному режиму также не увенчались успехом, так как вирус блокирует доступ к командной строке и настройкам. Я не могу использовать msconfig, так как программа сразу закрывается после запуска. Мои действия: Я пытался воспользоваться встроенной функцией восстановления системы и командой sfc /scannow, но они не решают проблему. Вирус не позволяет мне скачать и установить обновления Windows, блокируя их процесс. Я загрузил несколько утилит для очистки системы, но вирус снова восстанавливает свою активность. Системные характеристики: ОС: Windows 11. Процессор: Ryzen 53600 Оперативная память: 32 ГБ. Жесткий диск: SSD. Антивирус: Kaspersky (не удается запустить). Прошу помочь в следующем: Как можно удалить вирус или хотя бы приостановить его действия, чтобы безопасно провести полную очистку системы? Есть ли способ загрузиться в безопасном режиме без использования msconfig или других настроек, которые блокирует вирус? Может ли вирус мешать нормальной работе операционной системы, или же это только локальные проблемы, связанные с вирусом? Заранее благодарен за помощь! U.P.D у меня получилось получить доступ к безопасному режиму, но ситуация не изменилась, антивурис так же не дает запустить, после выхода с безопасного режима, мой комп начал сходить с ума, водяное охлаждение начало гудеть и шуметь, видео карта как шайтан машина начала жужжать

I have an issue related to the exclusion feature in Kaspersky Plus, where even though I have set an exclusion for a folder, Kaspersky still scans that folder, causing the files inside it to be detected and deleted The scenario started when I tried to install the Burp extension sqlmap. After successfully installing, the extension file was automatically deleted by Kaspersky because it was detected as HEUR:HackTool.Python.Agent.gen. I then performed an exclusion for the folder C:\Users[MYUSER]\AppData\Roaming\BurpSuite, including checking the box for included subfolders. However, Kaspersky still deleted the settings.py file or other files owned by the sqlmap extension in the Burp folder. The setting I used was to uncheck all component protection in the exclusion. Klage posted a topic in Kaspersky FreeОтносительно недавно (месяц или два назад) установил Kaspersky Free. Сама программа работала и работает прекрасно, есть лишь одна проблема - после установки вместо 50 Гб свободного места через пару недель остаётся всего несколько мб, а сегодня даже впервые увидел полностью заполненный диск C, на котором была надпись: "0 байт свободно из ..." После удаления программы Касперского всё свободное ранее место возвращается сразу же после перезагрузки ПК. При повторной установке проблема возникает снова. По советам из интернета я уже пробовал проверять все возможные папки Касперского (даже скрытые) на количество занимаемого места и все они в сумме занимали не более 1-2 Гб, соответственно ни о каких 50 Гб речи идти не может. У меня возникало предположение, что данная проблема может быть вызвана каким-либо вредоносным ПО на моем ПК, но во-первых все вирусы были ранее удалены с помощью Касперского и Windows Defender, а во-вторых как я и уже говорил - после удаления программы всё свободное место возвращается. Мои базовые характеристики системы: ОС: Windows 11 Pro Оперативная память: 32 Гб Процессор: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Видеокарта: RTX 3060 12 Гб Память: SSD на 1 Тб У меня есть большое желание пользоваться Касперским, но данная проблема просто не позволяет мне этого делать. Почему это происходит и что я могу в таком случае сделать, чтобы исправить эту проблему? -
