there is a virus raiding my PC turning everything into a shortcut, how can this be fixed?? it is driving me crazy

As shown below, the kaspersky standard detected spam and marked the message (when clicking on the message header link) as spam. But in the inbox still not categorize (do not add the word "spam") to the original subject. Because of that, my thunderbird can't filter messages with the header "SPAM" into a separate "spam" folder. Please help. Thanks

ОС - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Kaspersky Free 21.13.5.506 Забыл пароль и попытался используя Kaspersky Lab AllProducts Password Reset v1.8 сбросить его, однако получил ошибку 404, причём неважно находиться ли компьютер в безопасном режиме или нет. Я переустановил его заново с помощью KAV Removal Tool и официального установщика, однако это совершенно не помогло решить проблему. Прилагается скриншот самого KLAPR:

Здравствуйте проблема появилась около 3 дней назад, Сначала я посетил ютуб(он работал) но потом я заметил что все сайты не открываются А затем решил посмотреть что делать если сайты не открываются решил нажать "Меню/Справка/Информация для решения проблем/Затем Очистить Firefox" Очевидно это не помогло а лишь ухудшило, теперь и ютуб тоже не открывался, (еще я заметил что в ютубе написано "Нет подключения к интернету но оно есть" Решил полазить по форумам говорили чёто про "Program files" чтоб туда перекинуть в новую папку "Mozilla Firefox" Вроде помогло открыл браузер по "Firefox.exe" внутри папки затем открылся полностью чистый браузер без ничего но там всё работало "Ютуб и все сайты" нормально работало я решил перезагрузить закрыть браузер затем опять открыть по firefox.exe это привело к тому что опять все сайты перестали открываться ну в ютубе написано было "Нет подключения к интернету" Далее решил в ответ мейле посидеть один человек сказал мне сайт касперского с какой-то жалобой тоже на касперского по поводу Firefox там чёто отключить самозащиту очистить папку Report в Kaspersky это мне не помогло а лишь вызвало Синий экран смерти, т.к нельзя удалить системные файлы. Мне говорили что это вроде касперский виноват что он работает после того как отключается и т.д. Я вообще не знаю что произошло, вожусь с этим 3 дня пожалуйста помогите мне, брандмауэр уже пробовал отключить и вообще всё перепробывал ничего просто 0 результатов. Пытаюсь добавить доверенную программу с помощью Касперского. Захожу в "Указать доверенные программы", "Добавить" и пытаюсь добавить доверенную программу. Я бы добавил всю папку с программой, но Касперский, по какой-то мне неизвестной причине, хочет, чтобы я добавлял именно файл, а папку он принимать отказываться (хоть там и написано "Выбор файла ИЛИ ПАПКИ для исключения из проверки"). Вот, выбрал программу, которую я хочу удалить, вылезает окно, ставлю нужные галочки (иногда, для теста ошибки, вовсе не ставил). В итоге, когда я в первый раз нажимаю кнопку "OK", то программа просто не реагирует, ничего не происходит. Нажимая второй раз, программа зависает на несколько секунд, далее вылетает и перезапускает саму себя. Помогите, пожалуйста.

Good evening and excuse my English, as it is a language that I do not master completely. I felt completely let down by K Standard 21.13. Earlier this week whenever I proceeded to delete traces of activity, K Standard would continually crash, restart, strangely at the same time as it crashed it automatically performed a database update at the same time. My Security Center always indicated that I had no anti-virus active and then K. Standard would restart again. During this process, a message to send data to Kaspersky's servers always popped up. Disappointed, I managed to buy the KIS because in my country it is still in stock in the form of a physical card with an activation code to scratch off. Already quite upset that the situation was repeating itself whenever I performed this action, I completely uninstalled K Standard from my desktop and installed KIS 21.3 (k), licensed for one year. In "My Kaspersky" is registered the K Standard that I bought by Automated teller machine with duration until 2025. K. Standard still seems to me to be a product with many bugs and not very mature. Another error that sometimes happens to me is that all the applications and programs running on my desktop registered by K. Standard disappear (like in the firewall, activity control and network applications) and then they return there according to the activity of my machine. Yesterday I spoke via chat with technical support but since I no longer had KS 21.13 (which, as I said, I completely uninstalled), obviously I didn't send a series of things that they asked me to do. Support then communicated to me that: "Thanks for sharing the issue we will pass it on to our development team." I hope that the problem is resolved soon or that K. Internet Security has a long life as it is stable (for some reason the new range of products is not yet for sale in Eastern European countries.) Excuse me for my outburst, but I think first of all that programmers correct and develop new products better or they will have to lose a customer, because support only knows how to resort to the user to carry out tests with traces, and due to the fact that they are large files size, I can't send them, because I don't master the technologies that ask to send them. windows 10 Kaspersky Total Security UI and "usage" alert

Hello everyone! New user here. I just got my Kaspersky Total Security product and is all good but I'd like to know why the UI cannot look like the new one I saw online. The new one looks so much better and more recent and it has the ability to be used with a dark theme which I apparently cannot do with mine. Also, the "support" window says my version cannot be used in the European Union which is where I'm located, why does it say that? Windows' version and product version can be seen in the picture. -
I got two critical errors in one of my full scans but for some reason, when I click the error to show me the logs, it shows nothing. It still says there's 2, but it doesn't show the specific objects. It shows me the "Task has started" and it's showed me critical errors before, so I have no idea why it's not showing them now. The "Save Report" button also does nothing. It brings up a "save as" window, though, it doesn't actually save the file- nothing actually appears. Is this just a bug or something to be concerned about?

I have 12 administration servers on my main server. Some politics doesnt has password administration on interface configurations so some users can change configs on app. Knowing this some users desactive protection to use some website or file that kaspersky blocked. I don't have access to the computer 'cause it is on the site of client. How i can active the protection of endpoint computer remotely? Sorry for my english, i'm brazillian.

Hallo, ich habe bis jetzt immer Kaspersky Internet Security verwendet und den Sicheren Zahlungsverkehr Browser benutzt, wo ich auch Lesezeichen angelegt habe. Nun ist die Lizenz ausgelaufen und ich wechsle auf das normale Kaspersky Antivirus Abo. Nun kann ich nichtmehr auf den Firefox Sicheren Zahlungsverkehr zugreifen, wo noch meine Lesezeichen waren. Wie kann ich diese einsehen und in den normalen Firefox Browser übertragen?

Hola, que tal? Lo que me crucé hace unos días es que, a la hora de usar Bun (aquí el sitio oficial: Bun — A fast all-in-one JavaScript runtime), que es un motor de Javascript tal como Node, el antivirus lo detecta como un Trojan cuando en realidad no es así (sumado a que Bun está solamente disponible en WSL, Linux o Mac). ¿Hay alguna manera de analizar para ver si realmente es un elemento malicioso o simplemente debo agregar sus binarios a las exclusiones del antivirus? No solamente me pasó con Bun, si no instalando otras librerías y paquetes de Linux desde mi terminal WSL, así que tal vez pueda ser un problema más amplio. Gracias por su atención!

So, I just got Kaspersky Plus, and the problem is that whenever I enter a new website in Firefox, I have to add the URL in the exclusions, because it gives me an error in the scan, and when I try to access the website without adding the exclusions, Firefox says the connection is not secure and won't let me access the site until I add to the exclusions

I have noticed recently that upon generating a password using the password generator, and then accepting the generated password (closing the KPM generation window), would cause in quite a few cases to show password strength as "Medium" in the website view stating the reason password should not contain commonly used combinations. However, the password strength in the KPM window (while generating) would show up as "strong". Not sure if this is a bug, but if the password is of medium strength, it should not have been generated at all. If it is indeed a strong, then should not show up as medium in the website view. I have attached the password generation rules screenshot to this post. Hello, One or two weeks ago Kaspersky chrome extension stopped(greyed out) working on my pc. Mainly I use chrome. But it appears to be greyed out in Microsoft edge too. And yesterday protected browser option stopped working on both chrome and edge browsers. I have 3 separate chrome accounts for work, personal stuff etc. It doesn't work in any of these accounts. Tried to reinstall the extension but it doesn't work. My specs are - Windows 10 21H2, Kaspersky total security(21.3.10.391). AMD 5950x, 32GB ram. I tried to rename the safeBrowser Common folder but no luck. Issue still persist. I have another pc with windows 10, Kaspersky internet security. It partially work on some browsers on that pc. Can anyone please help me to fix this issue ? I have reached out to customer support but they haven't responded to me yet. Another thing that I have noticed is, Kaspersky chrome extension doesn't appear on chrome webstore search result. I can only find it using the link provided in the Kaspersky notification center. Thanks.

Good Day. I'm using the new Kaspersky Standard 21.9.6.465 (Windows 10 Home) and so far everything is working. I just noticed a strange thing. Whenever I start "My Kaspersky" on my device (an desktop) that is linked to my account, in the reports in System Audit, the indication that I am starting My Kaspersky on another device always appears, which is not true. Is this a GUI error or something else. Attached screenshot of the notice translated from Portuguese to English: "Today, 12/04/2023 10:53:14 You signed in to your My Kaspersky account from another device Protection Today, 12/04/2023 10:53:13 Google Chrome Desktop Windows Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/112.0.0.0 Safari/537.36" Thank you very much for any clarification.

After my licence was expired, I purchased a new licence in March. However when I checked my Kaspersky antivirusfor updating. I was still advised that my old licence had run out and there was no mention of my renewal. So, stupidly, I purchased a new licence. My old My Karspersky is still showing renewal needed. The system does not givr me an answer and no way to contact Kaspersky for a refund or an answer?

good day i found today a file called etmonitor with its dll files when i opened the task manager at startup options ,it gives me the chance to disable it at startup but why is it there ? what it does ? is it a malware or something else i did click on it for properties nothing happens...clicked on to show its file location found it on C/windows/. so i googled it some sited said its 50% malware hided on the name of etmonitor.exe and some others say not .but i found someone said 100% of antiviruses didn't detect it ...is it some sort of new malware or what ? please have a look at it cuz if it is a malware and the antivirus didn't detect it its a serious problem.
