Kaspersky certificates accidentally declined and opera engine won't work

Couple of hours ago 2 internet certificates were asking permission for me to accept at the time I didn't think about it and just declined them but after I did opera gx and Nord VPN were having a mental break down, I couldn't use any website or google because it was considered untrustworthy and Nord VPN wouldn't let me use google I couldn't get onto Kaspersky last night to troubleshoot this because I was going through a circle of "yes I know it's untrustworthy I accept and unblock with with Nord VPN and back to untrustworthy with Kaspersky I can use google chrome but want to try and use opera gx is there a way to to reset the internet certificates and restart again or found the certificate log and accept them instead -

Hello, I work in an I.T. company, and we manage a couple of companies' antivirus infrastructure. I began to manage another company, and went through the usual motions of setting it up, however I couldn't download the distribution packages, it just loads nothing, barren. Something was giving me weird vibes when I had to accept the agreement, took me a few hours of trial and error, but it loaded and I accepted. Now it doesn't give me the distros. What do I do? I contacted their e-mail, and even their office in my country but they refuse to pick up. P.S. Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, User European Edition 15-19 Build version: 24.9.1.14- 3 replies

Buenos días, comunidad: Solicito su ayuda con un inconveniente que surgió tras la actualización de la consola de administración el pasado 15 de septiembre. Antes de esta actualización, podía acceder sin problemas a los dispositivos de red a través de su interfaz web utilizando sus IPs locales. Sin embargo, esta semana, al intentar acceder a uno de esos dispositivos, el navegador me muestra el mensaje ERR_CONNECTION_RESET, intente con varios navegadores y en modo incognito obteniendo los mismos resultados y no me permite ingresar. Curiosamente, al desactivar Kaspersky en mi equipo, el acceso se realiza sin inconvenientes. Como parte de las pruebas, creé un nuevo grupo de seguridad sin ninguna configuración adicional y con todas las opciones desactivadas, y pude ingresar nuevamente. No obstante, al activar Cloud Discovery, el problema se repite y el acceso vuelve a estar bloqueado. En los informes de Kaspersky no se reflejan bloqueos ni alertas relacionadas con este incidente, y la IP del dispositivo al que intento acceder no aparece marcada como bloqueada. Lo más extraño es que puedo acceder sin problemas a otro equipo de la misma referencia y modelo, también a través de una IP local, aun teniendo Kaspersky activo. Para intentar solucionar el problema, probé reinstalando el software y realizando una desinstalación limpia, pero el incidente persiste. La versión de Kaspersky que tengo instalada es la 12.6.0.438. Agradezco cualquier orientación o sugerencia sobre cómo resolver este inconveniente. Agradezco la ayuda y guia que me puedan brindar.

Eu adoraria aderir um plano de 1 ano para 1 dispositivo que, seria o meu computador mas, poxa vida, por eu ser portador de TDAH, acabo meio que confuso em uma parte. O plano alega ser 69,90 durante o período de 1 ano. Vem alguma cobrança mensal ou, é um valor único CASO eu não opte por refazer assinatura? E outra, eu sei que quanto mais dispositivos o valor é outro, mas, posso comprar confiando que virá uma compra única de 69,90 durante 365 dias ou, enfim, como funciona isso????

Hello, dear members of the forum! In my Kaspersky settings, I have always had this "Restrict external management of this application" feature enabled, but today, testing Google Chrome Remote Desktop service, I found out that it allows me to easily change Kaspersky's settings and save the changes as well (because I can remotely click "yes" in the "Do you really want to change the settings?" window). Considering this, how do I get this external management restriction actually working? Thanks in advance!

Hi I have installed a new M2 drive in my Desktop PC, replacing the previous smaller capacity one, and had to carry out a new Windows install, meaning I had to reinstall all the programmes etc that I use. I have a live Kasperski Premium account which has over 12 months still to run. I have reinstalled my Kasperski Premium programme and all seems to be good except that my VPN data use when using my Desktop is now restricted instead of the unlimited data which is a part of the Premium Package. I also have 2 Laptops also covered by the subscription. In My Devices on My Kasperski, where the 3 devices are shown, one of the laptops has the crown symbol (denoting the unlimited VPN - see picture) and one doesn't as well as My Desktop not having the crown symbol. This picture shows (left to right, with the reference numbers removed) my laptop, another laptop, and my desktop. All should have the crown symbol denoting unlimited VPN traffic. How do I reinstate the unlimited VPN please ? BTW, when I reloaded Kasperski Premium onto my new M2 drive, I wasn't able to reinstate the Desktop PC onto the account at first. I was being asked to input my license details to activate. When I did, I was told that the license already had the maximum three machines allocated to it; one of which was my Desktop! After searching on this forum, I found a similar situation which was rectified by removing the Desktop from the account and then reinstating it. This worked for me too, except for the unlimited VPN data. Any help please ?

Hallo, ich habe mehrere Geräte und versuche gerade verzweifelt die Einstellung für Datenleck-Benachrichtigung auf einem Android Gerät zu deaktivieren, da meine Tochter da nicht wirklich viel damit anfangen kann, sie aber immer alle Benachrichtigungen mit empfängt. Bei akuter Bedrohung soll sie aber weiter Benachrichtigt werden, also ist das komplette abschalten der Benachritigungen auch nicht richtig. Kann mir jemand helfen?

I purchased 2 activation codes for Kaspersky (1x Total Security 5 device, 1x Internet Security 3 device). I purchased these long before the US ban. What do I do with them now? One is showing in my Kaspersky subscriptions saying it has 367 days left (not used). The other I have from my NewEgg order waiting to be added. Will it automatically carry over for another year subscription in UltraAV, or am I just screwed out of 2 years of purchased subscription?

Добрый день. Столкнулся с очень не прияной проблемой - блокировкой всего интернета на моем ПК. После нескольких часов мучений, оказалось что антивирус блокирует все подключения к Интернету. После удаления интернет появился. Повторяемость данного решения подтверждаю. 3 раза устанавливал - потом пришлось удалять. Как решить данную проблему, подписка на Каспер официальная. Советуют почистить папку Report, но антивирус не дает - мало прав на удаление. Вопрос - где в антивирусе отключить самозащиту в моей версии продукта kaspersky4win202121.18.5.438aru_46710.exe ?- 1 reply

Kaspersky Premium is NOT Detecting Malware [For Real]

I tried to explain events via pictures and links. I especially took the screenshots full screen for date and time. Hope it helps. I bought Kaspersky Premium subscription and tested some malwares with it's Real Time Protection feature. I download some samples from known malware sample websites. KP (Kaspersky Premium) is detecting "some" of them while downloading to my computer (i guess because of their HASH'es). BUT i tested some samples which i encountered on the internet and tried to copy to my computer and KP did NOT detect this KNOWN (Virustotal 52/73) malware and other one is KNOWN (Virustotal 48/73) malware. I rescanned these malwares at 21:13 or 21:14 (UTC +3) and still NOT detecting. I am curious is Kaspersky updating their data through Virustotal or NOT? Because first file's first submission date 9 SPT and second file's first submission is 19 AUG. How Kaspersky CAN NOT detect these KNOWN malwares? Can someone (Kaspersky Malware Analysis Team) explain me this situtation? I don't feel safe while using Kaspersky Premium because it doesn't meet my BASIC requirements. If possible may i buy Kaspersky EDR/XDR for home use with low price or big discount? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
