My subscription changed from Kaspersky security cloud to Kaspersky plus

I have been using Kaspersky security cloud for last 02 years and my subscription paid till February 2023. Today after update Kaspersky asked me to reboot the system and after that my product category downgraded to the Kaspersky Plus why? This is very unprofessional and theft of customer by Kaspersky If i have paid for Security Cloud they should have allowed to me upto paid tenure Please someone guide me -
Win10系统,今日发现Chrome和Firefox两个浏览器无法上网(IE正常),尝试多种方法进行修复均无效,后发现暂停卡巴斯基保护后,两个浏览器居然就都可以上网了。但是一旦恢复卡巴斯基的保护,浏览器就又不能用了。 希望卡巴斯基能给出解决方案。

Plugged in a possibly malicious USB, am I safe?

I recently plugged in a USB to reformat it. It had the windows set up files in it, but I set it up back on my old PC which no doubt has a lot of malware. Kaspersky did a quick scan as soon as I plugged it in and found nothing, though, it only scanned about 5 files instead of the 50+ that were in there. I've done a quick scan, 2x full scans and a background scan- nothing was found. AutoPlay is enabled on my computer. There were files on the USB and I reformated the USB not too long ago. Nothing weird happened after I plugged it in. Am I safe?- 2 replies

Hello Kaspersky community. since yeasterday my kaspersky product kaspersky internet security got extreamly slow removing malware 1 malware took 5-10 minutes to be removed by kaspersky rtp sometimes does not remove them and when scan will remove virusses it take 10-15 minutes pr malware to be removed -
How to check if you have KSN on in Kaspersky Security Cloud Free?

I don't remember whether I accepted or declined the agreement when installing Kaspersky. I went through the settings and saw "Kaspersky Security Network Statement"- is this KSN? If it's on, does that mean KSN is on and everything's working as intended?- 1 reply

Hi. I just re-installed the Kaspersky Security Cloud (version 21.3.10.391(h) ) on a freshly reset Windows 10 Home (version 21H2, build 19044.1766) and I noticed the application is having a hard time updating its database. For the past 24hs now, in many attempts, both manual and automatically triggered, it starts downloading, then slows to crawl and gets stuck at 80%, only to fail. See attached images. I already tried following every advice from here: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/error/update/13285#block2 , to no avail. Is this commom? Are the servers overloaded or something? Is there anything else I can do about it?

Restoring Total security after formatting the device.

I have reformatted my laptop, after which I thought I had reinstalled Kaspersky, but it turns out to only have installed Password manager and VPN, not Security. I manually downloaded and installed KTS, but is claims that the license is missing, when I click on it I am informed that the application is not activated, yet it is the second device on my subscription which is still active. Trying to activate it I get the error that I cannot use the trial version of the application. I cannot find anywhere to put my activation code in, or any way to make the software realise it is an active subscription. I would appreciate any advice on how to sort this out. -
Compre la licencia del antivirus y tenia el codigo de activacion en la pestaña de compra, pero tuve que reiniciar mi pc ya que cuando estaba instalando kaspersky me recomendo desinstalar mi antiguo antivirus. Despues de reiniciar la pc, en la pestaña donde estaba el codigo de activacion ya solo aparece el numero de pedido mas no el codigo de activacion. Nada ha llegado a mi correo y el soporte me mando unos links para recuperar el codigo pero me sale error asi que puede ser que haya puesto mi email mal. que puedo hacer?

The status monitoring and the email notifications are failed

I installed Kaspersky Safe Kids on my son's PC in January this year. Kaspersky sent me the email notifications whenever my son accesses those restricted or forbidden websites or games. It was working fine until May 10th, even I didn't change any settings, it stopped sending the email notes. The "report" on the "internet" page shows "No web activity detected during last month", and on the "application" page shows "No information on application use". I tried to disconnect and reconnect the device. It didn't resolve the problem. I un-installed Kaspersky Safe Kids and re-installed it. It didn't fix the issue neither. I submitted a case to Kaspersky Safe Kids support team and per the support team, I collected the logs and sent to the support team. it's been a week now, the support team hasn't provide the right solution and the problem has not been fixed. Additional info: while reinstall Kaspersky Safe Kids, it pops up a message stating that McAfee is installed on the PC, it's a competitor product that would impact Kaspersky Safe Kids performance or even the functions. I skipped removing McAfee because it was installed prior using Kaspersky Safe Kids and there was no problem for almost a half year. Can anyone please help? Any helps, clues are very welcome! Thanks! -

Recent Update to Kaspersky results in Hotspot Shield not working

Hi I can no longer use my VPN - Hotspot Shield while Kaspersky is running. I have added the Program Files folder to the Kaspersky Exclusion List; but still am encountering a "Cannot connect" issue. Incidentally; I also had issues with Kaspersky and JDownloader; which somehow resolved itself once I uninstalled/reinstalled Jdownloader. I am up to date with my Kaspersky updates. I would feel much safer if my VPN worked alongside my Kaspersky; as my subscription is active for 1 more year. Any help is greatly appreciated! -
File Anti-virus saying a file is un-processed when it scans clean.

This file scanned clean. According the internet non processed objects are files which haven't been disinfected, yet this file scans clean. These logs have been popping up for the last few hours. I couldn't any solutions for the total security version. Is this something to worry about? I'm using the latest version of total security. Thanks -Luke -
Чтобы в полной мере пользоваться vpn дома, мне нужно у wifi роутера изменить Wan Type на PPTP. Для этого этого мне нужно знать "User Name", "Passport" и "Server IP/Domain Name Address". С первыми двумя вроде как понятно, это просто мой логин и пароль от Касперского, но вот где взять значение для 3 пункта. Совсем не понимаю. Ps имеется подписка на vpn от Касперского 1 год - 5 устройств Модель роутера: TOTOLINK-KIT-A3002RU-V1.0.2-B20170904.1531

Hello I am using kts on my windows 10 home and kaspersky Kts version 21.3.10.391 recently I recived this error on my pc it says error while scanning the encrypted connection with play.googleapis.com and while i was writing this right now another notification came in and another one and so many more when i first installed kaspersky i was using brave browser and did these steps to make the extention work in brave. I dont know if its related to the errors i get please help me out!. I am getting these messages very often. kindly guide me on what needs to be done to maximise my security. I dont have a vpn but use 3rd party dns servers like cloud fare. etc. thanks!

Injected KTS main.js file blocks iframes for credit card payment

Not sure if anybody else has come across the problem of KTS's injected main.js file causing issues with Wordpress site's Woocommerce plugin for Square. It throws a fit when the site tries to load an iframe (credit card details inputs) on the checkout page. I'm pretty convinced that it throws a 499 error from time to time as well, blocking the iframe from showing - although this behaviour is rare. I have contacted Woocommerce, but they could not provide any help - they suggested turning of KTS's injection. Ok for me but not my customers. Any help, greatly appreciated.- 1 reply

Помогите пожалуйста, купила не лицензию, а код для активации в Польше. В инструкции написано перейти на сайт rejestracja.kaspersky.pl и ввести код. После этого на почту должна была прийти смска с кодом лицензии. Но, когда я ввожу код для получения на сайте, мне пишет что Код, который вы пытаетесь зарегистрировать, не получен от канала продаж K Dystrybucja sp.z o.o. - Попросите объяснения у вашего дилера. Но код я покупала в местном магазине, рейтинг у него хороший. Если кто знает, как решить проблему, помогите пожалуйста?

Is my computer infected and something is preventing Kaspersky from working properly? It never been like this before. It show how many files had been scanned but the percentage stuck at 1 and then just jump to 99 and doesn't show calculated remaining time either.

Envié los estados de cuenta bancarios donde demuestra que me hicieron la deducción por la compra, pero el soporte no contesta, no quiero perder mi dinero, necesito un reembolso y un antivirus.- 4 replies

Kaspersky Security Cloud keeps turning off and on for some reason.

This is the second time this month that I've noticed it's turned off and on during a full scan. It's been completely fine prior to this, but this month it's been acting up like hell. I ran full scans with Kaspersky SC, TDSSKiller and a second opinion scanner in both safe and normal modes, neither have found anything. What's going on? Do I have a rootkit or something? -
First of All I am using total security on my Wind 10 Home and kaspersky Kts version 21.3.10.391 I have a high end pc (16 gb ram and intel core i7 10th gen) I recently had a suggestion by the application that my hardware virtualization was "not available" and "the operating system was found unstable when using hardware virtualization". I have been trying to find ways of fixing this..(btw has this something to do with hyper V since its not available on windows home(not visible in turn windows features on or off) but i have seen people install it by creating a txt file and then storing it in form of .bat and then running it and pop outs the hyper v in settings.) kindly help me out on how to fix it!!

Windows build: Windows 10 x64 21H2 compilation 19044.1645 (FRESH INSTALL) Kaspersky version: Kaspersky Security Cloud - Free 21.3.10.391 (i) The problem: Scroll bar disappears when a key is pressed in certain webpages. This is happening since I formatted my hard drive but before that it happened too, but disabling a specific protection in the app made it work, now it doesn't matter which options I touch it just doesn't work. How to replicate: Open the Edge browser (just installed works) and open Unreal Engine 5 Documentation | Unreal Engine Documentation then while scrolling press the Enter (return) key. The scroll bar will disappear and the page is not scrollable anymore. It can also happen with any keyboard key and even changing volume.
