Eu tenho uma assinatura de 1 ano no Kaspersky Standard pra 1 dispositivo ainda válida, só que ontem eu desconectei da minha conta e formatei o PC. Agora no meu "novo" PC, eu baixei o Kaspersky Stantard pelo site do My Kaspersky, eu não consigo conectar na minha conta da My Kaspersky no Kaspersky, ele fala que a senha é invalida ou algo do tipo, e quando eu conecto via Google, ele fala que minha conta não está ativada. Eu também tentei ir no My Kaspersky e remover o meu antigo Dispositivo, só que quando eu clico em remover, ele pede a senha da My Kaspersky, e quando eu coloco a senha ele diz ser invalida, sendo que eu coloco a senha certa, ainda anotada, e eu to perdido eu não sei mais o que eu faço. Eu tentei ainda clicar em "Esqueci minha senha" no Kaspersky Standard, porém ele leva pra uma pagina da My Kaspersky com nada relacionado a "esqueci minha senha".

Buenas tardes, desde que instale el antivirus hace cosa de 15 dias. Comence a notar que en ocasiones cuando suspendo el equipo, este se queda como colgado unos minutos y luego se apaga (windows se cierra como si lo hubiera dado apagar). Windows se cierra bien, sin error, pero pierdo todo lo que tenia abierto. La particularidad es que cuando el equipo esta encendido recientemente, o sea pocas cosas en memoria, se suspende bien. El efecto lo produce cuando ya estuvo algunas horas funcionando, ahi es cuando si le doy suspender se apaga en su lugar. Tambien quiero aclarar que jamas me hizo este problema cuando tenia el antivirus anterior. Agradecere al equipo de Kaspersky tengan en cuenta este problema, muchas gracias.

Buenas! Estoy realizando una prueba de concepto con la finalidad de encriptar en notebooks con Windows, cierto espacio de trabajo (alguna folder por ejemplo). Es decir, la opción de encriptacion de files en computadoras locales. Para ello configure una Directiva siguiendo esta documentación https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11.11.0/en-US/123292.htm Genere un grupo de dispositivos para aislar el equipo sobre el cual estoy realizando la prueba, genere una directiva y la configure acorde a la documentación. Una vez que acepto las modificaciones en la Directiva, veo que la police baja bien al equipo en cuestión: Si bien parece haber aplicado, en el historial de la pc destino no hay registros de ello, si de otras tareas: Por último, utilicé la herramienta cipher de windows para analizar si existen archivos encriptados, y no obtuve resultados: Versiones del producto: Kaspersky security center 14 Kaspersky endpoint for windows 11.11 Adjunto capturas de la config, poseo la directiva exportada en formato klp pero no me permite adjuntarla al post. Здравствуйте, друзья. Купил лицензию, попытался установить антивирус на один компьютер и упёрся в стену. Ранее на этом компьютере под управлением win10 был установлен norton internet security. Штатными средствами Windows он был удалён. При попытке установить KAV установщик заметил, что на компьютере установлен norton (хотя он уже не установлен) и предложил его удалить. Я согласился. Он что-то сделал. Потом предложил перезагрузку. Я согласился. После перезагрузки установщик ещё раз нашёл norton и предложил его удалить. Я был удивлён и немного заинтригован финалом! Но финала нет. Все также на компьютере установлен norton (по мнению установщика KAV). Есть мнение, что мне может помочь? Заранее спасибо.

Olá, eu preciso fazer um fresh start na minha máquina, mas possuo uma assinatura ativa do kaspersky premium. Gostaria de saber se é possível manter a licença após realizar o procedimento. Vale considerar que a assinatura é compartilhada com máquinas de familiares, são 5 membros e todos possuem uma licença ativa. Agradeço desde já a ajuda. Atenciosamente.

Windows 10 Решил провести полную проверку ноутбука через Kaspersky internet security. После проверки перезагрузил ноутбук. Решив, что все кончено собирался зайти в браузер — не получилось. Когда подключаюсь к wifi пишет "подключено, отсутствует доступ к интернету". Сам же wifi работает на других устройствах. До этого WiFi работал хорошо. Удаленный Файл не имел отношение системе или все, что связано с WiFi. Подскажите, как решить проблему.

I'm having a slight problem with Kaspersky- for some reason it's saying that a normal website, or at least it was in the past, has a bad certificate. I visited this website on my phone on Chrome to confirm, but Chrome found no problems with it's certificate. The certificate is fully valid and is valid until 2023. I also clicked the "View certificate" button and it also seems completely fine. The reason that the visit was prevented was because of " One of certificate files has incorrect extension". Is this a bug, did a normal website get broken into or is something going on on my end??

For a couple weeks now I've been unable to connect to both the Steam and Epic Games Launchers. After a lot of troubleshooting I was able to narrow the cause down to Kaspersky Security Cloud specifically. I have been using Kaspersky for over two years now with no issue but suddenly it started preventing connections. I found that I have to completely close Kaspersky in order for both launchers to be able to connect, I can't just pause protection. I tried disabling things in the settings that made sense to me and adding them as trusted applications but nothing seemed to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I don't want to have to turn off my anti-virus every time I want to play a game.

I wanted to set the File Antivirus to ask me for what to do with detected malicious files, rather than automatically decide, which I know was a feature on previous versions. I was downloading Kaspersky, started a full scan and tried upgrading my Kaspersky Subscription and completely bugged out the application and removed 11 months off my subscription. It stopped from full usage of my PC and bugged out my subscription and stopped the scan. Very rare bug that probably no one would do but decided to let yall know.

Сегодня заметил, что не запустился антивирус Kaspersky Antivirus при включении компьютера. С какого момента это началось - непонятно. При попытке вручную запустить Kaspersky Antivirus с компьютера появлялось окно загрузки с сообщением "подготовка к запуску", которое висело очень долго, около часа, и антивирус так и не запустился. Решил переустановить антивирус и скачал установщик с сайта Kaspersky - файл startup.exe, но сам файл при нажатии просто не запускается. Больше не знаю, что делать. Как решить данную проблему?

Moin, seitdem ich Kaspersky Premium habe, laden viele Videos einfach nicht mehr, welche vorher geladen haben.. Habe AdBlocker alles deaktiviert und dennoch kein Erfolg. Hatte das jemand auch schon mal & wie wurde es gelöst bzw. hat jemand Ideen?

How I can unistall the program? I don't wanted more. I supposed unistalled whit iobit unistaller but when I turn on my PC the program continues in my Pc and running.

What is wrong with this antivirus program? I've been using it for a couple of years, no issue. For the past few months, it's been updating multiple times a day requiring program restart. When I click yes to restart the program, it restarts then silently disables itself. I look in my system tray and there's a red Kaspersky icon. I click on it and it says the program is disabled and I have to manually enable it. WTF? Why should I have to manually enable an antivirus program that I did not disable myself? And 5 minutes after I re-enable it, I get another pop up telling me about a new update requiring restart. AGAIN? WTF? Never had to deal with this crap before. Any idea what is going on or how to fix it? Thank you.

My valorant app when Split Tunneling is on it can't connect to the server even though I have it set to "Don't use VPN". With Split Tunneling off, all connections work fine, but I want to play valorant while using the VPN in the browser. Plz help.

Olá! No dia de hoje , logo no ao começar ao usar o pc (primeira hora, talvez) fui informado pelo software kaspersky security sobre um ataque de rede bloqueado. No minuto seguinte (literalmente), fui informado de outro ataque. Logo passei uma verificação rápida (que nada detectou) e continuei meu trabalho nele normalmente, sem outros avisos. Pois bem, ao fim da tarde, ao retomar uma atividade no pc, após deixa-lo em desuso (ligado), ocorreu outro ataque, seguido de outro no minuto seguinte. Mais uma vez passei outra verificação e nada. Estou agora usando ele sem nada ocorrer, mas fico com preocupação. Já ocorreram outras dessas tempos antes, porem nada de estranho ou nada de prejudicial a meu pc ou aos meu dados . Só que agora quero tentar esclarecer se trata-se de falsos positivos ou algo realmente sério. Seguem imagens da segunda ocorrência. Obrigado.

Добрый день! Беда! Есть две машины с одинаковыми ТТХ. Мат.плата H510M-HVS R2.0 с Intel i7-11700F win10 pro 22h2. После установки любой версии KES 11 произвольный перезапуск в течении 2-3 минут после запуска. Выход из программы продлевает жизнь на минуту, но всё ровно ПК уходит на перезагрузку. Синий экран не показывает. Проблема наблюдается даже на домашних продуктах. P.S. если удалить KES 11, то ПК работает без сбоев.
