Basically, a couple years ago (2020) I had KTS. I deleted it a while ago but I still have this Kaspersky Lab folder in appdata\local which contains a Kaspersky Password Manager inside. When I try to enter/delete, I need to give it permission and when I try to give it permission it says I can't and I need to use the security tab. Is this normal and how can I remove it? I also have an AV folder created around the same time as when I installed KTS inside of program files\common files

1. Keep getting this warning msg/similar: I put '192.168.0.52:443' in Security settings > Advanced settings > Network settings > Trusted addresses, but I still get the same warning. 2. Help page for this says to tap Show details (see below) - which doesn't exist. If tap Details, you don't get the info below. I understand the risks and wish to continue isn't anywhere.

Hello, I went to test the antivirus by creating several malicious payloads and it detected them all, but it did not detect a malicious payload of reverse shell in PowerShell. The firewall didn't stop the reverse shell either. I have tried to use windows restore, but Total Security never allows it to finish. I have tried exiting Total security, then trying windows restore, but on restart, it again doesnt allow it to work. What is the secret to being able to use windows restore?

I get 3 recommendations from the Kaspersky app and they say Secure traffic in firefox.exe is not monitored. To resume monitoring , add the certificate manually. I already did the steps on the page to add the root certificate to my firefox but it doesn't work. I restart my firefox and it says that firefox.exe is not monitored. it tells me to restart, but every time I do it just says that secure traffic is not monitored and that I need to restart again. Can anyone help me on how to get the secure traffic on firefox?

Добрый день. В сети стоит сервер "Lansweeper" который ведет мониторинг сети. Но информация с хостов не доходит до сервера потому, что этот трафик режет Kaspersky. Как настроить "Сетевой экран" так чтобы он пропускал запросы "Lansweeper"? Может кто-то сталкивался? PS С поддержкой бодаюсь уже месяц они убеждены что Lansweeper- это программа установленная на хосте. Уверен что проблема в Сетевом экране Касперского потому, что на политиках с выключенным "Сетевым экраном" информация с хостов собирается.

Dear all I bought a license for Kaspersky today and went ahead and downloaded the application "Kaspersky Internet Security". I also want to clarify I am running it on Windows 10. When running the installer, Kaspersky wants to connect to a Kaspersky server, however, the problem is it never connects and when 5-10 min has passed it throws an error. Please open the two attached images, it is in Danish since I bought Kaspersky in Denmark. I unfortunately can not see the version number since I can not go past the installation phase. I do suspect it is the most current one/ stable build. It gives me the error "Control the internet settings". I even clicked on "show more" and followed the tutorial/ solutions with flushing the DNS and restarting the internet and the computer but in vain. Does anyone have any solutions? Как я могу распределить устройства в группу по имени. Имена всех нужных устройств начинаются у всех одинокого. Например PC-IT-001. Можно ли просто в условии по имени написать PC* (знаю, что из-за cимвол звездочка (*) заменяет любой набор символов в имени)? Или как это можно сделать?

Antes eu usava o Kaspersky Total Security e isso não acontecia, isso veio a ocorrer após a atualização para o Kaspersky Premium. O problema é o seguinte: Me parece que o antivirus está bloqueando a execução do robô de trading, então as ordens de compra ou venda não estão sendo executadas. Eu já tentei configurar o programa que eu uso, no caso, Profit Pro da Nelógica, em diversos gerenciamentos de segurança como confiável, mas mesmo assim estou tendo este problema. Eu adicionei o Profit Pro da Nelógica como confiável nos seguintes locais: Configuração da Prevenção de Intrusões > Gerenciar aplicativos > Restrições e em coluna Rede > Permitir Configuração da Prevenção de Intrusões > Gerenciar recursos > Exclusões e em coluna Status > Ativar o controle Configurações do Firewall > Regras para aplicativos > Regras de Rede de Aplicativos e em coluna Rede > Permitir Antivírus de Arquivos > Configurações Avançadas > Gerenciar Exclusões > Especificar os aplicativos confiáveis e em coluna Status Ativo Antivírus de Arquivos > Configurações Avançadas > Gerenciar Exclusões > Gerenciar Exclusões > Exclusões e em coluna Status Ativo IMPORTANTE!!! Recently I've been having constant problems watching videos online. On some sites, like Netflix and Prime Video, I don't have any problems, but on others, like CTV, it's impossible to watch any video. Even YouTube crashes from time to time. On any site that I access (apart from those mentioned), I start watching any video, and after a few minutes of playback a message appears saying that the video cannot be played. Error code 241001 usually appears. The problem happens in all my browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi and Yandex). I found a post from 2019 here on the forum from a person with the same problem, saying that it solved the problem by turning off Anti-Banner and Private Browsing. I've tried disabling both, but nothing has changed. The only thing that stops this problem from happening is disabling the entire antivirus. In my last test I turned off the antivirus for an hour and started watching a movie. About six minutes after the antivirus came back the movie crashed. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to solve this problem? My Kaspersky version is 21.6.7.351. My operating system is Windows 10 Core x64, version 21H1, build 19043.2130.

Hello. I recently installed Kaspersky Security Cloud software because my MS Defender notified me about some Trojan files and could not remove them. I ran a full scan with the KSC software, showing me 456 infected objects. When I tried to "resolve all" under the 'Protection' subsection of Notification Center, it only showed a loading spinning wheel and didn't delete any object. It says, "Your decision is required to delete these objects." - I thought I meant to click on the resolve all option, but it doesn't seem to delete those objects. I have attached screenshots which might provide more info. If someone has faced this issue or knows more about it, please help me find a solution to this. Thank you in advance!
