  1. Há alguns dias, adquiri uma licença anual do Kaspersky Plus. Ativei ela em meu computador e, desde então, sempre que reinicio ele, ele inicia com a proteção desativada (como é possível ver na foto que anexei) sabe-se lá por qual motivo. Acho que não preciso explicar como que isso pode acabar gerando problemas para o Anti-vírus. Gostaria de saber o que posso fazer pra resolver isso... eu já reinstalei o software e o problema continua igual (sempre usei Kaspersky e nunca tive esse problema até essa semana). Segue abaixo as informações do meu sistema: Kaspersky Plus versão 21.15.8.493 (a) Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 19045
  2. Buenos días gente. Me está saltando Karspersky con el siguiente mensaje (adjunto imagen) Ya se le ha dado a Disinfect and restar computer, pero sigue saltando el aviso cada vez que se reinicia el PC. ¿Alguna idea? Un saludo.
  3. Добрый день. Суть проблемы в следующем: К серверу подключены около 400 клиентских ПК. 350 из них к серверу подключены через шлюз соединений. И именно те, что подключены через шлюз 29.12.2023 перестали синхронизироваться. А те, что находятся в одной подсети в рабочем стостоянии. При проверке состояния подключения Network Agent'a с помощью утилиты klnagchk.exe была выявлена ошибка: Попытка соединения с Сервером администрирования. Произошла ошибка транспортного уровня при соединении с http://gbuz-rb-tcrb-k.kdits.tcrb:13000: не удалось выполнить разрешение адреса. После смены адреса на ново-созданный виртуальный сервер администрирования командой klmover.exe -address , получаем такую же ошибку.

  7. HEllo Everyone! I am facing an issue with default reports. When we generate the Report on Users of Infected Devices, it is supposed to show us the users of infected devices. But the reports show some of the ENdpoints and VM names instead of user names, confusing the report type. Everyone's help would be appreciated. The report is REPORT ON DEVICE USERS, but it shows only a few devices and also shows the devices that have not been active for a long time. The main issue is not showing any option for next entries; for example, it shows 1000 total entries with no option for next page. Everyone is requested to share their views and help me troubleshoot the issue. SOME INFO: KSC 14 KESW 11.9 KESL 11.3
  8. I bought the software the software and have been talking to their support by email for several months. They did not help me at all and their answer at the end is to reset Windows. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. The problem: I can't install the software. Every time I try to install it is stuck like this, like in the picture. I tried running as administrator, tried changing DNS, created GetSystemInfo and it doesn't show any particular problem. If anyone has a solution, then I'd be happy to hear it

I activated a 1 year protection for my kaspersky internet security application in 7th January of 2024 in my home country and it worked perfectly, then i moved to Moscow, Russia, my application was working fine. after couple days i decided to reinstall my windows. Therefore i had to reinstall and reactive my kaspersky application. However i couldn't reactivate it and it told me it is invalid for this region. Is there any other way to activate my kaspersky application without buying another one?
  10. Good evening, I ended up receiving a notification that the antivirus prevented two attempts of the same thing I mentioned in the title. I did the full check more than 15 times and nothing unusual appeared, that is, everything among the parameters. But I end up worrying, because I'm very new to this and I have tremendous paranoia. I subscribe to the premium plan and I would like someone who works on the team or someone already experienced to tell me that everything is ok.     Boa noite, acabo por receber uma notificação que o antivirus impediu duas tentativas do mesmo que citei no titulo. Fiz a verificação completa mais de 15 vezes e nada de incomum apareceu, ou seja, tudo dentre os paramêtros. Mas eu acabo me preocupando, pois sou muito novo nisso e tenho uma paranoia tremenda. Assino o plano premium e gostaria que alguem que trabalhasse na equipe ou alguem já experiente me dissesse que está tudo bem.     MALWARE NA AREA DE QUARENTENA

    Recentemente percebi que um malware Trojan foi identificado em meu computador na pasta C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc e o mesmo foi colocado na área de quarentena automaticamente pelo Kaspersky, contudo não consegui compreender muito bem como funciona esta quarentena, gostaria de saber se há alguma ação que eu deva tomar, ou se apenas devo deixar o malware lá e o Kaspersky cuidará do resto? e se existe algum risco ao meu computador?

Hi, As per the attached screenshot, even though I have turned off all the options for notification, still the notification for junk files is coming, similarly, I am getting the notification for updating the software. Please note that I don't want to disable the functionality (junk file removal or auto update of software), I want to disable the popup of the notification. Any help would be appreciated.

Ho installato da anni kaspersky A.V e vpn, ma da settimana scorsa quando ho voluto rinnovare K.i.s. 21.3.10.391(K) che scade il 26 gennaio, ma mi dice che il prodotto non è più disponibile allora ho comperato una licenza su Nexway con bonifico, ma sono passati 6 giorni e non ho ricevuto niente, nessun codice. Assistenza kaspersky glielo fatto presente ma mi hanno risposto che mi avevano già risposto, peccato che era un ticket di un' altro problema. Ho riscritto mandando tutti gli screenshot e copia dell pagamento alle poste ma niente, La mia casella di posta non c'è il codice da nessuna parte, nemmeno in spam e nemmeno in MY KASPERSKY non compare nulla di aggiornato nelle licenze Aiuto... se voglio rinnovare ecco cosa mi è apparso, per questo ho pagato kaspersky-Plus con codice sconto PLUS

Hie Prag here I want to install Google Earth Pro in a offline mode initially I tried it but it asks me for signing in but my computer cannot be connected to internet I have found the cache location of Google Earth Pro and it is replaceable with the latest also increasing its size by multiple folders now I want to see the earth or sign in in some other way in offline mode can anyone please help me out
  16. Hi there everyone! My first time posting, so I apologise for any mistakes. For the past month or so, my Kaspersky VPN app has just been showing 'connecting'. If I try to turn the VPN off, it freezes. I also get a 'Failed to connect' error occasionally. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting my internet, reconnecting. I've been through my settings and they all seem okay, plus my subscription is still valid until March. Does anyone have a solution to this? It's quite annoying to not feel protected right now, haha!     Regla de Firewall

    Quiero usar la cuenta de un amigo de steam al mismo tiempo que el la usa, para ello tengo que crear una regla de firewall que desactive la conexión a internet de steam durante el tiempo que use la otra biblioteca. el problema es que al querer crear una regla de firewall desde windows, me dice que dicha configuración la esta manejando kaspersky. como hago para que esas cosas las pueda seguir manejando desde Windows?

  22. Здравствуйте, только недавно начал пользоваться Касперским и сразу проблемы. Полное сканирование системы пк от виндоус бьёт тревогу и орёт что у меня троян, ПОЛНАЯ проверка пк Косперским показывает что никаких троянов нет и вообще давай подкупай платную подписку. Кто ошибается, Касперский или Защитник виндоус?
