We're using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus and it's working fine on our Windows Machines, but on the MacBooks the Device Status keeps stating Participation in KSN disabled. I have enabled KSN for Macbooks, and on one of the MacBooks it doesn't give the warning all the time. I can't find anything on the client side to turn KSN on. Sometimes they also get a warning for Network content filtering disabled. The MacBooks are all running on Monterey.

Hello, When installing KSK on the account I want to control, I can't finalize the installation. Indeed I can't manage to "Authorize" the "Inspection of encrypted Internet traffic". When I click on "Authorize", "Authorize" is grayed out, I fill in the login and the password correctly then it "runs" and very quickly, it comes back to "Authorize" in blue each time (see the attached screenshot). Hallo zusammen, Produkte und Versionen im Einsatz: KSC 13.2 Mac OS 12 Monterey KES 11.2.1.145 Administrationsagent 13.0.0.40 Forticlient VPN wir haben aktuell das Problem, dass wenn Mac-Anwender im Homeoffice sind und den VPN erfolgreich verbinden, kein Netzverkehr zum Firmennetz besteht. Weiterhin kann auch auf keine Webseite mehr zugegriffen werden (auch freies Internet). Sobald der Schutz von KES deaktiviert, oder KES deinstalliert wird, funktioniert der VPN wieder einwandfrei. Wir haben bereits versucht, com.fortinet.forticlient.macos in den Richtlinien zu den vertrauenswürdigen Anwendungen hinzuzufügen. An welchen Einstellungen könnte das liegen? Gibt es Logs, die aussagen, was genau blockiert wird? Grüße Marius

Hi, I am a Mac user, Mac OS : 12.3.1 (21E258) NordVPN Version 7.6.0 (190) Kaspersky internet security 21.1.0.150d.e and also subscribed Kaspersky internet security and nordvpn on my Mac and window. I can connect Internet without any problem with my window, while when I use my Mac , I cant browse any website even I reset my VPN profile. I guess maybe it is because of issues with Mac or firewall or Kaspersky internet security? thanks Sasha
