Bonjour, Je suis actuellement en train de paramètre un serveur Kaspersky Security Center et j'ai vu qu'il y a la possibilité de faire des notifications mails Le problème c'est que mon entreprise n'a pas d'adresse e-mail qui communique vers l'extérieur. J'aimerais donc savoir comment faire pour paramétrer des notifications en utilisant Gmail Outlook iCloud ou d'autres types de service ce qui serait compatible avec. J'ai déjà essayé avec Gmail mais apparemment depuis mai 2022 il n'est plus possible de pouvoir se connecter à Gmail en utilisant juste nom de utilisateur et mot de passe y a-t-il des alternatives? I have been using Kaspersky security cloud for last 02 years and my subscription paid till February 2023. Today after update Kaspersky asked me to reboot the system and after that my product category downgraded to the Kaspersky Plus why? This is very unprofessional and theft of customer by Kaspersky If i have paid for Security Cloud they should have allowed to me upto paid tenure Please someone guide me

Hi, I know this has been discussed a million times but even after reading tons of forum entries I am still not sure which one to get. I have KTS right now on my Mac and KSK on a few Macs, Windows, iPads and iPhones. My problem is that I need more than 5 licenses now and there is no 10 license package for KTS. So I thought switching to KSC with a 10 license bundle. I am pretty sure I can use KSK with the KSC license. Is that correct? I do understand that KSC does pretty much all KTS does plus some HD and Wifi checks. Is there anything in KTS that KSC can not do? And last but not least, I purchased a license from a 3rd party store which gave me all kinds of issues afterwards, when I buy a license through the Kaspersky store on Amazon is that the same as buying it from the Kaspersky web page diretly? Compre la licencia del antivirus y tenia el codigo de activacion en la pestaña de compra, pero tuve que reiniciar mi pc ya que cuando estaba instalando kaspersky me recomendo desinstalar mi antiguo antivirus. Despues de reiniciar la pc, en la pestaña donde estaba el codigo de activacion ya solo aparece el numero de pedido mas no el codigo de activacion. Nada ha llegado a mi correo y el soporte me mando unos links para recuperar el codigo pero me sale error asi que puede ser que haya puesto mi email mal. que puedo hacer?

I was trying to scrup to get my newly purchased activation code from my installation paper found inside the kaspersky case. In the course some characters were damaged.I cant exactly identify 2 characters from it. I have tried everything but I cant guest it. What do I do?

Realicé el pago de mi licencia Kaspersky Total Security, pero usé un correo erroneó, por ende el código de activación jamás llegará, envié el caso a soporte y no me dan respuestas, me dice que debo realizar la compra de nuevo, pero mi dinero? lo perdí?. Envié los estados de cuenta bancarios donde demuestra que me hicieron la deducción por la compra, pero el soporte no contesta, no quiero perder mi dinero, necesito un reembolso y un antivirus.

Um dos meus computadores perdeu a conexão com o Administration Server e com isso não consigo desinstalar, está para exclusão há mais de 1 mês e não acontece nada. Em outro eu troquei de pc, mas tbm não estou conseguindo migrar a licença para o computador novo. Alguém poderia me ajudar nesta questão?

La página me dijo que tardaría unos días. No recibí ningún correo y en mi cuenta solo aparecen las licencias de prueba. Servicio técnico demora mucho en responder los tickets. He llamado al banco y me han dicho que el pago si ha procedido (me han mandado un comprobante con el número de operación y comercio). Alguna idea?

Y Devices: I interpret that it is the number of devices (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android) that I can protect, each one of them counts as one and they are not related to each other. Z Years: Number of years of validity of the license from the first activation. Am I correct or have I misunderstood something?
